 FROM THIS DEPARTMENT

 THIS LETTER IS TO BE NOTARIZED AND ORIGINAL WHICH WILL
 BE PLACED IN FILE FOR ANY FUTURE REFERENCE.
 THIS LETTER NEEDED HAS BEEN CONFIRMED WITH THE
 BUILDING OFFICIAL AND ASSISTANT BUILDING OFFICIAL
 THROUGH CITY LAW DEPARTMENT.
  
 * KEYED INTERLOCKS WITH MULTIPLE KEYS AVAILABLE AND
 INSTALLED WILL NOT PREVENT INADVERTENT CONNECTION OF
 THE UTILITY AND EMERGENCY BACK UP SOURCE OF POWER AT

 BE FORTHCOMING FOR THE STRUCTURAL DESIGN OF FOOTING FOR

 IS BEING SHOWN AS 8 INCHES BY 8 INCHES AS A THICKENED
 EDGE SLAB.

 FOR THE SERVICE AND GENERATOR ARE NOW BEING SHOWN
 INSIDE A BLOCK WALL ENCLOSURE.
 HOW WILL THE FIRE DEPARTMENT OR EMERGENCY PERSONNEL
 HAVE ACCESS TO THIS EQUIPMENT?
 PLEASE SEE 110.26 FOR THE CLEAR AND UNOBSTRUCTED PATH
 REQUIRED FOR THIS AREA. THE CLEARANCE IS BEING SHOWN AS
 6FT TO THE WALL; PLEASE PROVIDE A MORE DETAILED LAYOUT
 FOR CLEAR SPACE, ACCESS, AND MEETING 110.26.
 THIS WILL BE FORWARDED TO THE FIRE MARSHAL ALSO. IT MAY
 BE A KNOX BOX WHICH WILL BE REQUIRED.
