 2)SUBMIT TWO COMPLETE SETS OF DRAFTSMAN QUALITY
 DRAWINGS WITH A MINIMUM 1/8 INCH SCALE INDICATING THE
 SPECIFIC AREAS WHERE THE WORK WILL BE PERFORMED. SUBMIT
 AN EXISTING AND A PROPOSED FLOOR PLAN SHOWING THE NEW
 WALLS OR CEILING FRAMING. A DETAIL SHEET WITH THE NEW
 FRAMING IS REQUIRED. FBC. 106.1.1. CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS SHALL BE DIMENSIONED AND DRAWIN UPON SUITABLE
 MATERIAL. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT
 CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF
 THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL
 COMFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE CODE AND RELEVANT
 LAWS.
  
 3)FBC 106.1THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 PREPARED BY A DESIGN PROFESSIONAL WHERE REQUIRED BY THE
 STATUTES. THE ARCHITECT OR ENGINEER SHALL AFFIX HIS OR
 HER OFFICIAL SEAL,SIGNATURE AND DATE TO SAID DRAWINGS,
 SPECIFICATIONS AND ACCOMPANYING DATA. SEE CH.481 AND
 471 OF THE FLORIDA STATUTES FOR MORE INFORMATION.
