 SPACES FOR LESS THAN FOUR RESIDENTIAL DWELLING UNITS
 SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY ON WHICH THE UNITS ARE
 CONSTRUCTED. REQUIRED PARKING MAY BE LOCATED IN A FRONT
 YARD; HOWEVER, THE LESSER OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET OR 75
 PERCENT OF THE FRONT YARD AREA MUST BE LANDSCAPED.
 PARKING AREAS LOCATED IN THE FRONT YARD SHALL BE
 SURFACED WITH A SMOOTH, NONDUSTING SURFACE IN
 COMPLIANCE WITH SUBSECTION 33-485(E). IT SHALL BE A
 VIOLATION OF THIS CHAPTER TO PARK ON ANY UNPAVED AREAS
 AS DESCRIBEDIN THIS ARTICLE.
  
 4)PROVIDE A DATA TABLE ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN SHOWING
 THE OPEN SPACE CALCULATIONS, HOW MANY TREES/SHRUBS ARE
 REQUIRED AND HOW MANY ARE PROVIDED.
  
 5)PROVIDED DEEDS DO NOT PROVIDE PROOF OF A LEGAL
 SUBDIVISION, THEY SIMPLY SHOW THAT THE LOTS WERE INDEED
 SOLD. ***PARCEL APPEARS TO BE ILLEGALLY SUBDIVIDED***
