 THE NEW DESIGNER OF RECORD IS NOW INDICATING THIS IS
 NOT A CHANGE IN OCCUPANCY AND HAS SIGNED, DATED AND
 SEALED A LETTER AND PLANS ACCORDINGLY.
 PLEASE SEE HOWEVER THE SITE/SURVEY PLANS WHICH ARE
 SIGNED, DATED AND SEALED CERTIFYING BUILDING AS A
 *RESIDENCE*.
 PLEASE SUBMIT SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION WHICH EITHER
 SHOWS THIS BUILDING WAS A RETAIL BUILDING WHICH WAS
 CONVERTED LEGALLY FROM A RESIDENCE OR SUBMIT
 DOCUMENTATION/PLANS FOR CHANGE IN OCCUPANCY BASED ON
 FBC EXISTING BUILDING CODE CHAPTER 8 WHICH ALSO
 REFERENCES NEC 70, NFPA-101FOR LIFE SAFETY.
 PLEASE SEE NOTES DATED 6/23/07 FOR ELECTRICAL REQUIRED
 IS THIS IS A CHANGE IN OCCUPANCY.
 AS NO ELECTRICAL PLANS WERE SUBMITTED, NO SPECIFIC
 TECHNICAL REVIEW COULD BE DONE.

 AFFECT PLANS, SUBMITTED DOCUMENTS AND ELECTRICAL

 OLD/VOIDED SHEETS AND ONLY INSERT NEW REVISED SHEETS
 INTO TWO COMPLETE SETS FOR REVIEW AND STAMPING. DO NOT
 LEAVE ANY OLD/VOIDED SHEETS IN SETS.
 PLEASE KNOW ONLY ONE SET OF THE OLD/VOIDED SHEETS
 SHOULD BE SUBMITTED FOR REFERENCE.
