2007-07-09 14:41:561. PLEASE PROVIDE LANDSCAPE PLANS. ALL PROPERTIES SHALL
 BE BROUGHT INTO COMPLIANCE WITH ARTICLE XIV AT THE TIME
 OF BUILDING PERMIT IF WORK IS VALUED AT $5,000 OR
 MORE.
  
 2. THE VALUE OF CONSTRUCTION...IF IT EXCEEDS 50 PERCENT
 OF THE VALUE OF THE BUILDING, THE BUILDING MUST BE
 BROUGHT INTO COMPLIANCE WITH THE NMUD BTIII, PER SEC.
 94-210 OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS
  
 3. NEW CONSTRUCTION AT THE FRONTAGE LINE SHALL BE A
 MINIMUM OF 2 STORIES ALONG A MINIMUM OF 80 PERCENT OF
 THEIR LENGTH WITH A SETBACK OF EITHER ZERO OR FIVE
 FEET.
  
 4. CALCULATION SHALL BE PROVIDED SHOWING THE PERCENTAGE
 OF GLAZING LOCATED ON THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING.A
 MINIMUM OF 70 PERCENT OF THE FACADE LOCATED BETWEEN 2
 AND 8 FEET SHALL BE GLAZED.
  
 5. PLEASE PROVIDE A WINDOW AND DOOR DETAIL INDICATING A
 MINIMUM RECESS OF 2 INCHES.
  
 6. PLEASE SHOW THE LOCATION AND SCREENING OF MECHANICAL
 EQUIPMENT.
  
 7. PLEASE PROVIDE THE HEIGHT OF THE BUILDING TO THE TOP
 OF THE PARAPET.
  
 8.A DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE SHALL BE PROVIDED.
  
 9. IDENTIFY THE TYPE OF MATERIAL THAT WILL BE USED FOR
 THE EXTERIOR FINISH OF THE BUILDING.PER SEC.
 94-213(D)(1) WALLS SHALL BE NO MORE THAN TWO
 MATERIALS.
  
 10. ON STREET PARKING SHALL BE APPROVED BY THE CITY'S
 ENGINEERING DEPT (TRAFFIC ENGINEER).
  
 11. PARKING STRIPING DETAIL SHALL BE PROVIDED, THE ADA
 ACCESIBLE SPACE SHALL BE 12 FEET WIDE WITH AN
 ADDITIONAL 5 FOOT ACCESS AISLE.
