 02.PLEASE INDICATE WHAT THE EXISTING OCCUPANCY IS AND

 03.NFPA 101 - 2003 EDITION SHALL BE REFERENCED.

 THE NEW FRONT ELEVATION VISIBLE FROM NORTHWOOD ROAD..
 AS PER WEST PALM BEACH CODE, THESE NUMBERS SHALL BE NO
 LESS THAN 6" IN HEIGHT AND NO LESS THAN 1" IN WIDTH.
  
 08.ON SHEET 1(OF 9), SHOW THE ADDRESS NUMBER ON THE
 NEW REAR ELEVATION SO THAT THE SPACE IS DISTINGUISHALBE
 FROM OTHER UNIT SPACES.AS PER WEST PALM BEACH CODE,
 THESE NUMBERS SHALL BE NO LESS THAN 3" IN HEIGHT AND NO
 LESS THAN 1" IN WIDTH.
  
 09.ON SHEET 2 AND 3 (OF 9), CLARIFY LEFT ELEVATION
 AND RIGHT ELAVATION IN TERMS OF NORTH, SOUTH, EAST, OR

 13.INDICATE IF THE BUILDING IS EQUIPPED WITH A FIRE
 SPRINKLER AND/OR A FIRE ALARM SYSTEM.
  
  
 TO EXPEDITE THE PLAN REVIEW PROCESS, INCLUDE A RESPONSE
 LETTER INDICATING WHERE ON THE PLAN EACH ITEM WAS
