2008-06-03 08:32:401. STORIES AT THE SIDEWALK LEVEL SHALL BE NO LESS THAN
 12 FEET IN HEIGHT FROM FINISHED FLOOR TO FINISHED
 CEILING AND SHALL NOT EXCEED 16 FEET IN HEIGHT FROM
 FINISHED FLOOR TO FINISHED FLOOR, PERSECTION
 94-213(A)(2) OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS (ZLDRS).THE TOP OF THE ROOF FOR THE
 BUILDING IN THE REAR IS ONLY 10 FEET 4 INCHES.
  
 2. WINDOWS SHALL BE RECESSED A MINIMUM OF TWO INCHES
 FROM THE EXTERIOR OF THE FA?ADE PER SECTION
 94-213(D)(8).PLEASE PROVIDE A WINDOW AND DOOR DETAIL
 INDICATING A MINIMUM RECESS OF 2 INCHES.
  
 3. A DUMPSTER AND ENCLOSURE MEETING THE SPECIFICATIONS
 SHOWN IN FIGURE XIV-3 OF SECTION 94-444 OF THE CITY'S
 ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS) SHALL
 BE PROVIDED.
 *PER CRA THERE WILL BE A TRASH COMPACTOR PROGRAM AND NO
 DUMPSTER WILL BE NEEDED.PLEASE PROVIDE A MAP SHOWING
 WHERE THE COMPACTOR WILL BE LOCATED.
  
 4. PLEASE SHOW THE LOCATION AND SCREENING OF ANY
 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT.
  
 5. PARKING AND STRIPING DETAIL SHALL INDICATE THAT THE
 PARKING WILL BE DOUBLE STRIPPED WITH 4 INCH LINES AND 6
 INCHES BETWEEN BOTH LINES, PLEASE SEE THE PROVIDED
 DETAIL (ATTACHED).
