 WALLS OF THE BUILDING AND ADDITION. SINCE THERE IS NO
 WORK BEING COMPLETEED TO THE EXISTING BUILDING ON THE
 EXTERIOR WALLS THIS COMMENT PERTAINS EXCLUSIVELY TO THE
 ADDITION WALLS TABLE 601 DEALS WITH THE BUILDING
 ELEMENTS, TABLE 602 DEALS WITH FIRE-RESISTANCE RATING
 REQUIREMENTS FOR EXTERIOR WALLS BASED ON FIRE
 SEPERATION, THE TYPE V-B BUILDING < 5 FEET WOULD
 REQUIRE A 1 HOUR FIRE SEPERATION, WHICH THE BLOCK WALL
 WILL MEET THIS REQUIREMENT.

 15) RESPONCE INDICATES THIS SPACE TO BE A SHELL
 BUILDING. 1203.2 ATTIC SPACES. ENCLOSED ATTICS AND
 ENCLOSED RAFTER SPACES FORMED WHERE CEILINGS ARE
 APPLIED DIRECTLY TO THE UNDERSIDE OF ROOF FRAMING
 MEMBERS SHALL HAVE CROSS VENTILATION FOR EACH SEPARATE
 SPACE BY VENTILATING OPENINGS PROTECTED AGAINST THE
 ENTRANCE OF RAIN. BLOCKING AND BRIDGING SHALL BE
 ARRANGED SO AS NOT TO INTERFERE WITH THE MOVEMENT OF
 AIR. A MINIMUM OF 1 INCH (25 MM) OF AIRSPACE SHALL BE
 PROVIDED BETWEEN THE INSULATION AND THE ROOF SHEATHING.
 SHEET 3 INDICATES THE USE OF 2X12'S @ 16" O.C. THE
 PLANS DO NOT INDICATE ANY TYPE OF BLOCKING OR BRIDGING
 FOR THE SPAN OF OVER 23'-0".
 2308.10.6 BLOCKING.ROOF RAFTERS AND CEILING JOISTS
 SHALL BE SUPPORTED LATERALLY TO PREVENT ROTATION AND
 LATERAL DISPLACEMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS
 OF SECTION 2308.8.5.
  
 2308.8.5 LATERAL SUPPORT.
 FLOOR, ATTIC AND ROOF FRAMING WITH A NOMINAL
 DEPTH-TO-THICKNESS RATIO GREATER THAN OR EQUAL TO 5:1
 SHALL HAVE ONE EDGE HELD IN LINE FOR THE ENTIRE SPAN.
 WHERE THE NOMINAL DEPTH-TO-THICKNESS RATIO OF THE
 FRAMING MEMBER EXCEEDS 6:1, THERE SHALL BE ONE LINE OF
 BRIDGING FOR EACH 8 FEET (2438 MM) OF SPAN, UNLESS BOTH
 EDGES OF THE MEMBER ARE HELD IN LINE. THE BRIDGING
 SHALL CONSIST OF NOT LESS THAN 1-INCH BY 3-INCH (25 MM
 BY 76 MM) LUMBER, DOUBLE NAILED AT EACH END, OF
 EQUIVALENT METAL BRACING OF EQUAL RIGIDITY, FULL-DEPTH
 SOLID BLOCKING OR OTHER APPROVED MEANS. A LINE OF
 BRIDGING SHALL ALSO BE REQUIRED AT SUPPORTS WHERE
 EQUIVALENT LATERAL SUPPORT IS NOT OTHERWISE PROVIDED.

 A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT

 RESPONSIBILITY OF THE TENANT. BUT THE ENERGY CALCS CAME
 IN AS METHOD "B" WHICH CAN BE FOR THE "SHELL BUILDING".
 3-101.1.6 SHELL BUILDINGS.
 NONRESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS THAT ARE PERMITTED PRIOR TO
 DESIGN COMPLETION OR WHICH WILL BE FINISHED IN SECTIONS
 AT A TIME AFTER CONSTRUCTION OF THE SHELL SHALL COMPLY
 WITH EITHER METHOD B OR C OF SUBCHAPTER 13-4 OF THE
 CODE PRIOR TO GRANTING OF A PERMIT TO BUILD. ALL
 ASSUMPTIONS MADE ABOUT FEATURES NOT INSTALLED UNTIL
 LATER THAT ARE NOT ON THE BUILDING PLANS SHALL BE
 LISTED AND APPENDED TO THE COMPLIANCE FORM SUBMITTED TO
 THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT. UNLESS THE BUILDING IS
 COMPLETED AS PER ALL ASSUMPTIONS MADE IN THE ORIGINAL
 CODE COMPLIANCE SUBMITTAL, A REVISED CODE SUBMITTAL(S)
 USING METHODS A, B OR C SHALL BE SUBMITTED WHEN
 COMPLETION OF THE BUILDING (OR PART OF THE BUILDING) IS
 PERMITTED.
  
 WITHIN THE DATAINPUT REPORT UNDER THE HEADING OF
 ROOFING THE REPORT INDICATES THE USE OF 6" BATTS WHICH
 WILL NEED TO BE REFLECTED WITHIN THE PLANS, THE ROOFING
 SECTION OF THE INPUT DATA REPORT ALSO INDICATED USE OF
 SHINGLES, THAT WILL NEED TO BE CORRECTED WITHIN THE
 DATA INPUT REPORT.
  
 THE SECOND ISSUE WITH THE DATA INPUT REPORT IS THE
 EXTERIOR BACK DOOR IS INDICATED AS A SOLID CORE 2.25
 INCH DOOR WHERE WHAT WAS SUBMITTED IS A 1 33/4 FOAM
 FILLED DOOR.
  
 THE THIRD ITEM THAT WILL NEED TO BE REVIEWED IS THIS IS
 FOR THE SHELL OF THE BUILDING BUT THE WALL SQUARE
 FOOTAGE IS ONLY FOR THE ADDITION NOT THE SHELL
 BUILDING.
  
 THE FOURTH ITEM IS THE FOURTH EXTERIOR WALL NOT INTHE
 DATA INPUT REPORT IS MISSING THE GLAZED WINDOW AND
 DOORWAY IN THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING.
