 1)CITY'S SANITATION DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO APPROVE
 LOCATION OF DUMPSTER AND ENCLOSURE.
  
 2)PLEASE PROVIDE 2 COPIES OF AN UPDATED SURVEY
 SHOWING THE SCOPE OF WORK, DIMENSIONS, AND SETBACK
 DIMENSIONS TO PROPERTY LINES.
  
 3)PROVIDE A MORE CLEAR SCOPE OF WORK AND DETAIL ,
 (HEIGHT, HOW WIDE THE OPENING IS, ETC.)
  
 4)MUST MEET REQUIREMENT SET FORTH IN THE CITY OF
 WEST PALM BEACH ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS
  
 SECTION 94-444(B):OUTDOOR STORAGE FOR NONRESIDENTIAL
 AND MULTIFAMILY USES; STORAGE AND DISPOSAL FACILITIES.
 OUTDOOR INCINERATORS, GARBAGE OR TRASH RECEPTACLES,
 FUEL OIL OR PROPANE TANKS, AND STORAGE RACKS SHALL NOT
 BE PERMITTED UNLESS APPROPRIATE SCREENING IS PROVIDED.
 SCREENING SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED OF BRICK, DECORATIVE
 CONCRETE, OTHER DECORATIVE MASONRY, OR COMPARABLY
 DURABLE WOOD AND STEEL. WALLS SHALL BE LANDSCAPED WITH
 SHRUBS AND HEDGES PLANTED AT TWO-FOOT INTERVALS. A
 FOUR-SIDED ENCLOSURE WITH AN OBSCURING GATE MAY BE
 REQUIRED AS A CONDITION FOR SITE PLAN APPROVAL. PLANS
 FOR THE LAYOUT OF TRASH RECEPTACLESSHALL BE IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS SET FORTH IN
 FIGURE XIV-3. THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION SHALL NOT
 APPLY TO LITTER CONTAINERS PROVIDED FOR THE CONVENIENCE
 OF PEDESTRIANS. ALL AREAS FOR THE STORAGE AND DISPOSAL
 OF TRASH AND GARBAGE SHALL BE PAVED WITH CONCRETE
 SURFACE AS REQUIRED BY THE CITY DEPARTMENT OF
 ENGINEERING AND PUBLIC WORKS.(SEE ATTACHED FIRGURE
 XIV-3)
  
 5)MUST MEET SETBACK REQUIREMENTS FOR ACCESSORY
 STRUCTURES SET FORTH IN THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH
 ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS
  
 SECTION 94-304(B)(2): SETBACKS.
 FRONT: 25 FEET.
 SIDE: FIVE FEET FROM THE LOT LINES.
 CORNER: SAME AS REQUIRED FOR PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE. REAR:
 FIVE FEET MINIMUM OR 15 FEET FROM THE CENTERLINE OF THE
 ALLEY TO A GARAGE DOOR FACING THE ALLEY, WHICHEVER IS
 GREATER.
  
 6)MUST MEET LANDSCAPING REQUIREMENTS ON EXPOSED
 SIDES, SET FORTH IN SECTION 94-444(B) (SHOWN ABOVE)
