 1.IT CAME TO STAFF'S ATTENTION THAT THE RENOVATION
 VALUE OF ALL PERMITS APPLIED FOR THIS SITE EXCEEDS 50%
 OF THE IMPROVEMENT VALUE OF THE STRUCTURE.CURRENT
 INFORMATION BY THE PALM BEACH COUNTY PROPERTY
 APPRAISER'S OFFICE STATES THAT THE IMPROVEMENT VALUE OF
 THE STRUCTURE IS $226,468.THEREFORE, COMMENT NO. 4.D
 FROM THE PREVIOUS REVIEW (1ST REVIEW DATED MAY 30,
 2007) STILL NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED (SEE BELOW).
  
 A. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-441(C) OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, RENOVATIONS, REPAIRS,
 ALTERATIONS OR REDEVELOPMENTS WHICH EXCEED 50 PERCENT
 OF THE VALUE OF THE STRUCTURE SHALL COMPLY WITH THE
 PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE XIV, LANDSCAPING, LAND CLEARING,
 AND TREE PROTECTION, OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS.
 I. A LANDSCAPE PLAN, PREPARED, SIGNED AND SEALED BY A
 REGISTERED LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT, AND MEETING THE
 PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE XIV, LANDSCAPING, LAND CLEARING,
 AND TREE PROTECTION, OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS SHALL BE PROVIDED.
 II. THE LANDSCAPE REGULATIONS MAY BE VIEWED ONLINE AT
 WWW.MUNICODE.COM.
 III. PLEASE PROVIDE THE APPRAISED VALUE OF THE
 STRUCTURE. THE TOTAL VALUE OF THE PERMITS FOR THE
 RENOVATION OF THE BUILDING WILL BE CALCULATED TO
 DETERMINE THE 50 PERCENT THRESHOLD.
