 1. ACCORDING TO THE SUBMITTED SITE PLANS, THE PROPOSED
 WALL WILL BE PLACED ALONG THE SOUTH AND WEST PROPERTY
 LINE.HOWEVER, ACCORDING TO THE SURVEY AND THE
 APPROVED EASEMENT CONSENT FORM, THE PROPOSED WALL WILL
 REPLACE THE EXISTING CHAINLINK FENCE, WHICH IS NOT
 LOCATED ALONG THE WEST PROPERTY LINE.PLEASE CLARIFY.
 A. PLEASE NOTE THAT IN THE EVENT THAT THE PROPOSED WALL
 WILL BE LOCATED ALONG THE WEST PROPERTY LINE, A NEW
 APPROVED EASEMENT CONSENT FORM SHALL BE PROVIDED.
  
 2. THE PROPOSED FENCE/WALL IS LOCATED WITHIN THE
 VISIBILITY TRIANGLE.PLEASE NOTE THAT PER SECTION
 94-305(E) OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS, AT ANY ROAD INTERSECTIONS, VISIBILITY
 SHALL NOT BE OBSCURED BY ANY ITEM BETWEEN 18 INCHES OR
 8 FEET IN HEIGHT WITHIN A TRIANGLE BEGINNING AT THE
 POINT WHERE PROPERTY LINES MEET AT THE CORNER, THEN 20
 FEET ALONG THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE, THENCE DIAGONALLY
 TO A POINT ALONG THE SIDE PROPERTY LINE 20 FEET FROM
 THE POINT OF BEGINNING, AND THEN TO THE POINT OF
 BEGINNING.SHEET SW.2 INCORRECTLY SHOWS THE VISIBILITY
 TRIANGLE BEING AT THE POINT WHERE THE CURBS MEET.
  
 3. THE PROPOSED GATE ALONG THE WEST PROPERTY LINE SHALL
 BE NO LESS THAN 24 FEET WIDE.PLEASE NOTE THAT PER
 SECTION 94-485(J) OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS, TWO-WAY DIRECTION MOVEMENT REQUIRES A
 MINIMUM OF 24 FEET WIDE REGARDLESS OF PARKING ANGLE AND
 DIMENSIONS.
  
 4. PLEASE NOTE THAT PARKING MAY BE REVISED BASED ON THE
 FOLLOWING:
  
 A. PROVIDE A LETTER FROM THE ENGINEERING SERVICES
 DEPARTMENT APPROVING THE PROPOSED ON-STREET PARKING
 SPACES.THE LETTER SHALL ALSO STATE THE TOTAL NUMBER
 OF AVAILABLE PARKING SPACES ALONG KANUGA DRIVE.
 I. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL ON-STREET PARKING SPACES SHALL
 BE DELINEATED PRIOR TO BUILDING PERMIT APPROVAL.
 II. PROVIDE WIDTH AND DEPTH DIMENSIONS OF ALL APPROVED
 ON-STREET PARKING SPACES ON THE SITE PLAN.
 III. PROVIDE PARKING STALL DETAILS OF ALL APPROVED
 ON-STREET PARKING SPACES.
 IV. PLEASE NOTE THAT FOUR (4) PARKING SPACES, ONE OF
 WHICH SHALL BE A HANDICAP PARKING SPACE, SHALL BE
 MAINTAINED FOR THIS SITE.
  
 B. HANDICAP SYMBOL SHALL BE TWO (2) FEET FROM THE OPEN
 END OF THE PARKING SPACE.
  
 C. PROVIDE DIMENSIONS OF THE AISLE WIDTH.PLEASE NOTE
 THAT PER SECTION 94-485(J) OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, TWO-WAY DIRECTION MOVEMENT
 REQUIRES A MINIMUM OF 24 FEET WIDE REGARDLESS OF
 PARKING ANGLE AND DIMENSIONS.
  
 D. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-441(C) OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, RENOVATIONS, REPAIRS,
 ALTERATIONS OR REDEVELOPMENTS WHICH EXCEED 50 PERCENT
 OF THE VALUE OF THE STRUCTURE SHALL COMPLY WITH THE
 PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE XIV, LANDSCAPING, LAND CLEARING,
 AND TREE PROTECTION, OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS.
 I. A LANDSCAPE PLAN, PREPARED, SIGNED AND SEALED BY A
 REGISTERED LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT, AND MEETING THE
 PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE XIV, LANDSCAPING, LAND CLEARING,
 AND TREE PROTECTION, OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS SHALL BE PROVIDED.
 II. THE LANDSCAPE REGULATIONS MAY BE VIEWED ONLINE AT
 WWW.MUNICODE.COM.
 III. PLEASE PROVIDE THE APPRAISED VALUE OF THE
 STRUCTURE.THE TOTAL VALUE OF THE PERMITS FOR THE
 RENOVATION OF THE BUILDING WILL BE CALCULATED TO
 DETERMINE THE 50 PERCENT THRESHOLD .
  
 5. PLEASE NOTE THAT A RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF THE EXISTING
 SIDEWALK.
  
 6. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE LOCATION MAP HIGHLIGHTS TWO (2)
 DIFFERENT PROPERTIES/LOCATIONS.
