 1. THE PARKING SPACES IN THE WESTERN PARKING ROW SHALL
 BE REDUCED TO 8.5 FEET TO PROVIDE THE LAST PARKING
 SPACE AMPLE BACK-OUT AREA AS IT CURRENTLY SHOWS BAKING
 OUT INTO THE PROPOSED GAZEBO.
  
 2. PROVIDE CIRCULATION DETAILS OF THE GAZEBO TO ENSURE
 ADA ACCESSIBILITY. PLEASE NOTE THAT WHILE STAFF
 APPRECIATES THE GAZEBO AS A FOCAL POINT TO MEET THE
 CONDITIONS OF THE FINAL ORDER DATED AUGUST 7, 2009,
 STAFF RECOMMENDS THAT A STATUTE, FOUNTAIN OR LANDSCAPE
 TREATMENT BE CONSIDERED AT THE END OF THE PEDESTRIAN
 WALKWAY DUE TO THE SITE RESTRICTIONS.
  
 3. THE DECORATIVE ELEMENTS ON TOP OF THE COLUMNS NEXT
 TO THE GATE ALONG BROADWAY AVENUE SHALL NOT EXCEED 0.6
 FEET FROM THE TOP OF THE COLUMNS (10 PERCENT OF THE
 PERMITTED HEIGHT FOR WALLS AND FENCES PER BMUD
 REGULATIONS).
  
 4. PER THE APPROVED BULLNOSE AWNING WAIVER LETTER DATED
 AUGUST 7, 2008, THE BULLNOSE AWNINGS SHALL PROJECT A
 MINIMUM OF 4 FEET FROM THE BUILDING FA?ADE.
  
 5. ALL SIGNS SHALL BE APPROVED ON A SEPARATE PERMIT,
 AND SHALL COMPLY WITH THE BMUD REGULATIONS OUTLINED IN
 SECTION 94-221(E) OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS.
