 A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE
 SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE
 FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR

 3) THE PRODUCT APPROVALS SUBMITTED ARE MISSING THE
 INSTALLATION REPORTS. WHEN RE-SUBMITTING, MATCH THE FL#
 WITH THE CORRECT INSTALLATION REPORT. PROVIDE THE
 PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR THE GLASS BLOCK AND NEW PRECAST
 LINTEL, ALSO INDICATE THE SIZE OF THE LINTIL. IS IT 4",
 6", 8" OR 12". FBC 2104.1.5 THE MINIMUM LENGTH OF END
 SUPPORT FOR LINTELS SHALL BE 4". INDICATE THE OPENING
 DIMENTION. PLEASE CIRCLE OR HI-LIGHT WHICH SYSTEM WILL
 BE USED FROM EACH PRODUCT.
  
 4) FBC 106.1.1 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF
 SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND
 EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT
 WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND
 RELEVANT LAWS. PROVIDE A WALL LEGEND INDICATING WHICH
 WALLS ARE NEW AND WHICH WALLS ARE EXISTING. IN THE
 LEGEND SHOW A DETAIL OF EACH TYPE OF WALL. SUBMIT AN
 EXISTING AND A PROPOSED PLAN OF THE SPACE.
  
 5) THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION REGARDING THE BUILDING IS
 REQUIRED FOR REVIEW.
 A) THE USE AND OCCUPANCY, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
 PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 3.
 B) THE TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION AS DEFINED IN CHAPTER 6,
 TABLE 601.
 C) SUBMIT A LIFE SAFETY PLAN SHOWING MEANS OF EGRESS
 EXIT ACCESS ETC.
 D) IF THERE IS AN AUTOMATIC SPRINKLER SYSTEM INSTALLED
 IN THE BUILDING, PROVIDE THE NEW LAYOUT OF THE
 SPRINKLER HEADS. THIS INFORMATION CAN BE SHOWN ON THE
 NEW REFLECTED CEILING PLANS. FBC 106.3.5.1.1(5)

 6) 2004 FBC EXISTING 301.5 A DESIGN PROFESSIONAL OR AN
 OWNER MUST ELECT ONE OR A COMBINATION OF LEVELS OF
 ALTERATION PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 303, 304 AND 305 OF
 THIS CODE.. ARE THE INTERIOR WALLS CONCRETE BLOCK?
  
 7) SEPARATE PERMITS ARE REQUIRED FOR THE FENCE AND
 AWNINGS. WHEN APPLYING FOR THE PERMIT, SUBMIT THE
 FOLLOWING INFORMATION. AWNINGS SHALL BE DESIGNED SO
 THAT FABRIC OR MEMBRANE COVER CAN BE QUICKLY AND EASILY
 REMOVED PER 3105.4.2.1 TIGHTLY WRAPED OR WOVEN CORDS
 ARE ACCEPTABLE, WHEN 2 COPIES OF A DETAILED INSTRUCTION
 GUIDE FOR REMOVAL ARE INCLUDED IN THE SUBMITTAL. IN
 ADDITION 2 COPIES OF A NOTORIZED LETTER OF INTENT TO
 REMOVE AT 75 MPH ARE REQUIRED. THE FENCE SHALL BE
 DESIGNED THE MEET THE REQUIRED WIND LOADS OF THE CITY
 OF WEST PALM BEACH WHICH IS 140 MPH.
  
 8) THE ORDER AND ADJUDGED SECTION OF THE ZONING BOARD
 OF APPEALS PAGE #7 D (V) STATES THAT ALL CHAIN-LINK
 FENCES SHALL BE REMOVED; HOWEVER, THE SITE PLAN SHOWS A
 6? HIGH CHAIN LINK FENCE. CLARIFY.
  
 9) THE LOCATION OF THE GAZEBO APPEARS TO BE REDUCING
 THE ACCESSIBLE ROUTE TO THE BUILDING. ON SHEET #4
 INDICATE THE DIMENSION BETWEEN THE BUILDING AND THE
 GAZEBO TO SHOW THE CLEAR WIDTH OF THE ACCESS ROUTE. THE
 MINIMUM CLEAR WIDTH OF AN ACCESSIBLE ROUTE SHALL BE 36
 INCHES. IF A PERSON IN A WHEELCHAIR MUST MAKE A TURN
 AROUND AN OBSTRUCTION, THE MINIMUM CLEAR WIDTH OF THE
 ACCESSIBLE ROUTE SHALL BE AS SHOWN IN FIGURE 7(A) AND
 FIGURE 7(B). 11-4.3.3
  
 10) A FINISH SCHEDULE SHALL BE SUBMITTED FOR THE DOOR
 AND ROOM FINISHED. FBC 1210.2 WALLS WITHIN 2 FEET OF
 URINALS AND WATER CLOSETS SHALL HAVE A SMOOTH, HARD,
 NONABSORBENT SURFACE, TO A HEIGHT OF 4 FEET ABOVE THE
 FLOOR. SHOW COMPLIANCE.
  
 11) SHEET #4. SUBMIT DETAIL INFORMATION FOR THE
 STRUCTURAL FOUNDATION OF THE GAZEBO AND THE TRASH CAN
 ENCLOSURE. ALSO STATE WHAT TYPE OF FASTENERS WILL BE
 USED TO FASTEN THE TRASH CAN ENCLOSURE GATE TO THE
 EXISTING BUILDING. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUIRED

 12) SUBMIT DETAIL DRAWING SHOWING ALL MATERIALS TO BE
 USED FOR BLOCKING UP THE OPENINGS. THE PREVIOUS
 DRAWINGS SHOWED GLASS BLOCK; IT IS NOT CLEAR WHAT TYPE
 OF MATERIALS WILL BE USED ON THE NEW DRAWINGS.
