 5. PLEASE CLARIFY WHAT IS TO BE REMOVED ON THE

 6. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-221(B)(1) OF THE ZLDRS,
 BUILDING LOCATED AT PRIMARY INTERSECTIONS SHALL BE
 BUILT ALONG A MINIMUM OF 80% OF THE BROADWAY FRONTAGE
 LINE, WITH A SETBACK NO GREATER THAN 5 FEET.THE
 EXISTING BUILDING DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THIS PROVISION.
 THEREFORE, THE MAIN ENTRANCE ALONG THE EAST SIDE OF THE
 BUILDING MAY NOT BE RECESSED IN.
  
 7. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-485(G) OF THE ZLDRS, CURBS,
 WHEEL STOPS, OR BOLLARDS SHALL BE INSTALLED TO PROTECT
 LANDSCAPE AREAS, PEDESTRIAN AREA, BUILDINGS AND
 PROPERTY LINES.A CURB SHALL BE PROVIDED ALONG SOUTH
 SIDE OF THE SMALL BUILDING AS WELL AS THE PEDESTRIAN
 WALKWAYS.
  
 8. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-221(F)(3) OF THE ZLDRS, ALL
 SURFACE PARKING AREAS SHALL BE CONCEALED WITH A
 STREETWALL ALONG ALL STREET FRONTAGES.PLEASE NOTE
 THAT STREETWALLS AND FENCES BUILT IN LINE WITH THE
 FRONT BUILDING FACADE SHALL BE 34 TO 72 INCHES IN
 HEIGHT.STREETWALLS AND FENCES IN FRONT OF THE
 BUILDING FACADE SHALL BE 34 TO 42 INCHES IN HEIGHT.
 STREETWALLS OR FENCES SHALL CONSIST OF A MATERIAL
 MATCHING THE ADJACENT BUILDING OR ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:
 INDIGENOUS ROCK; BLOCK AND STUCCO; DECORATIVE METAL; OR
 PAINTED, STAINED OR PRESSURE TREATED WOOD PICKETS.
 CHAIN LINK, BARBED WIRE, RAZOR WIRE, ELECTRONIC
 ELEMENTS OR OTHER HAZARDOUS MATERIALS ARE PROHIBITED
 [SECTION 94-221(D)(2) OF THE ZLDRS].
  
 9. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-485(J) OF THE ZLDRS, PARKING
 SPACES AT A 90 DEGREE ANGLE SHALL BE NO LESS THAN 8
 FEET 6 INCHES IN WIDTH.IN ADDITION, PER SECTION
 94-485(N), IF THE TOTAL PARKING REQUIREMENTS OF ANY USE
 OR STRUCTURE IS LESS THAN 20 SPACES, NO SMALL CAR
 SPACES ARE PERMITTED.
  
 10. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-485(J) OF THE ZLDRS, THERE
 SHALL BE 12 INCHES BETWEEN THE DOUBLE STRIPING (SEE
 ATTACHED DIAGRAM FOR REFERENCE).
  
 11. HANDICAP SYMBOL SHALL BE 3 FEET OR 5 FEET HIGH AND
 SHALL BE PAINTED IN WHITE.
  
 12. HANDICAP SYMBOL SHALL BE 2 FEET FROM THE OPEN END
 OF THE PARKING SPACE.
  
 13. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443(B)(1) OF THE ZLDRS, A 5
 FOOT LANDSCAPE BUFFER SHALL BE INSTALLED ALONG THE
 ENTIRE EDGE OF A PROPERTY ADJACENT TO A PUBLIC
 THOROUGHFARE AND OTHER NONRESIDENTIAL ZONING DISTRICTS.
 A LANDSCAPE BUFFER SHALL BE PROVIDED ALONG THE NORTH
 PROPERTY LINE.
  
 14. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443(C)(3)(A) OF THE ZLDRS,
 EACH ROW OF PARKING SPACE SHALL BE TERMINATED BY
 LANDSCAPE ISLANDS OF NO LESS THAN 5 FEET IN WIDTH AND
 NOT LESS THAN THE LENGTH OF THE ADJACENT PARKING STALL.
 A TERMINAL ISLAND SHALL BE PLACED ON THE NORTH END OF
 BOTH PARKING ROWS.
  
 15. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443(C)(3)(A) OF THE ZLDRS,
 TERMINAL ISLANDS SHALL BE 5 FEET WIDE BY THE DEPTH OF
 THE PARKING SPACE.THE TERMINAL ISLAND AT THE SOUTH
 END OF THE WEST PARKING ROW SHALL COMPLY WITH THIS
 REQUIREMENT.
  
 16. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443(C)(5)(A) OF THE ZLDRS,
 LANDSCAPE AREAS SHALL BE SEPARATED FROM VEHICULAR USE
 AREAS BY NONMOUNTABLE, CONCRETE CURBING OF THE TYPE
 CHARACTERIZED AS "TYPE D".A TYPE D CURB SHALL BE
 PROVIDED ON THE LANDSCAPE BUFFER ALONG THE SOUTH
 PROPERTY LINE.
  
 17. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443(C)(5)(B) OF THE ZLDRS,
 WHEEL STOPS SHALL BE 2 FEET FROM THE CURB TO THE BACK
 OF THE WHEEL STOP, AND SHALL BE 6FEET WIDE AND 6
 INCHES TALL.
  
 18. ALL TREES LOCATED WITHIN THE VISIBILITY TRIANGLE
 SHALL BE APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE ENGINEERING
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT.
  
 19. ALL TREES SHALL BE PLANTED PURSUANT TO THE CITY OF
 WEST PALM BEACH SUSTAINABLE PLANTING PLANS (SEE
 ATTACHED DIAGRAM FOR REFERENCE).
  
 20. PLEASE STATE THE REQUIRED DISTANCE SEPARATION FROM
 THE NORTH PROPERTY LINE BASED ON THE NUMBER OF OPENINGS
 ON THE NORTH BUILDING FACADE.
  
 21. PLEASE NOTE THE PER SECTION 94-305(B)(4) OF THE
 ZLDRS, MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT (INCLUDING A/C UNITS) MAY
 NOT ENCROACH MORE THAN 4 FEET INTO A SETBACK.
  
 22. THE EXISTING DUMPSTER MAY NOT BE USED BY BOTH
 PROPERTIES WITHOUT A UNITY OF TITLE.PLEASE CONTACT
 THE ENGINEERING SERVICES DEPARTMENT FOR DUMPSTER
 LOCATION AND TRASH PICK-UP ALTERNATIVE OPTIONS.PLANS
 STAMPED APPROVED BY THE ENGINEERING SERVICES DEPARTMENT
 SHALL BE SUBMITTED FOR DUMPSTER SIZE AND LOCATION.
 PLEASE NOTE THAT IF BOTH PROPERTIES ARE UNIFIED, THE
 NORTHERN PROPERTY SHALL ALSO COMPLY WITH THE LANDSCAPE
 REGULATIONS.
  
 23. ALL NEW FENCES/WALLS SHALL BE APPROVED ON A
 SEPARATE PERMIT.
