 DOCUMENT AND THE DATE ON WHICH THEY WERE SEALED. NOTE:
 ONE OF THE SHEET IS NOT SIGN OR DATED.
  
 3) THE PRODUCT APPROVALS SUBMITTED ARE MISSING THE
 INSTALLATION REPORTS. WHEN RE-SUBMITTING, MATCH THE FL#
 WITH THE CORRECT INSTALLATION REPORT. PROVIDE THE
 PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR THE GLASS BLOCK AND NEW PRECAST
 LINTEL, ALSO INDICATE THE SIZE OF THE LINTIL. IS IT
 4",6",8" OR 12". FBC 2104.1.5 THE MINIMUM LENGTH OF END
 SUPPORT FOR LINTELS SHALL BE 4". INDICATE THE OPENING
 DIMENTION.

 SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND
 EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT
 WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND
 RELEVANT LAWS. PROVIDE A WALL LEGEND INDICATING WHICH
 WALLS ARE NEW AND WHICH ONES ARE EXISTING. IN THE
 LEGEND SHOW A DETAIL OF EACH TYPE OF WALL.
