 SIDEWALKS.EACH STOREFRONT MUST HAVE CLEAR GLAZED
 AREAS, ALONG A MINIMUM OF 70% OF ITS FA?ADE LENGTH,
 BETWEEN TWO AND EIGHT FEET FROM THE GROUND.EXISTING
 WINDOW AND DOOR OPENINGS ON THE EAST BUILDING FA?ADE
 MAY NOT BE BLOCKED IN.
  
 3. PER SECTION 94-221(D)(4) OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, ALL BUILDINGS SHALL HAVE THEIR
 PRINCIPAL PEDESTRIAN ENTRANCES FACING THE BROADWAY
 FRONTAGE LINE.AT LEAST ONE DOOR SHALL REMAIN ON THE
 BROADWAY FRONTAGE.
  
 4. PROVIDE CLEAR GLAZING AREA PERCENTAGE.
  
 5. PROVIDE WINDOW AND OPENING DETAILS MEETING SECTION
 94-221(D)(6) OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS FOR ALL PROPOSED WINDOWS AND OPENINGS.
  
 6. PROVIDE EXISTING WALL TO CEILING HEIGHT DIMENSION.
  
  
 7. PROVIDE FINAL WALL TO CEILING HEIGHT DIMENSION.
 PLEASE NOTE THAT THE FINAL WALL TO CEILING HEIGHT
 DIMENSION SHALL BE NO LESS THAN THE EXISTING WALL TO
 CEILING HEIGHT DIMENSION.
  
 8. PROVIDE TOTAL VALUE OF THE EXTERIOR RENOVATIONS.
 PLEASE NOTE THAT PER SECTION 94-219(D)(9)(A) OF THE
 ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, ALL PROPERTIES
 SHALL BE BROUGHT INTO COMPLIANCE WITH THE LANDSCAPE
 REGULATIONS IN ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, CURRENTLY WITH EXTERIOR
 BUILDING IMPROVEMENTS EXCEEDING $10,000.00.
