 SQUARE FOOT MULTIPLIER NUMBER OF $95.00. THE INITIAL
 VALUATION SHALL BE ADJUSTED TO REFLECT THE SAME. IF
 THIS IS DISPUTED, THEN THE STANDARDIZED NUMBERS FROM
 THE MARSHALL AND SWIFT ESTIMATION GUIDE SHALL BE
 REFERRED TO. THE PROJECT VALUATION, USING THESE TABLES
