 CONTROLS.ALL NEW BEING INSTALLED NEEDS TO COMPLY.
 THIS TENANT SPACE IS NOT DEFINED AS A BUILDING AND THIS
 SPACE IS LOCATED IN A BUILDING GREATER THAN 5K SQ FT.
 THE RESPONSE MENTIONS THIS IS 2400 + SQ FT AND DOES NOT
 NEED LIGHTING CONTROLS. THIS IS NOT THE CASE.PLEASE
 SEE THE DEFINITIONS OF A BUILDING IN BOTH CHAPTER 13
 AND FBC DEFINITIONS. TENANT OCCUPANCIES LOCATED IN A
 BUILDING OVER 5K SQ FT EVEN IF 200 SQ FT FOR EXAMPLE
 FOR THE INDIVIDUAL TENANT SPACE STILL REQUIRES LIGHTING
 CONTROLS FOR AUTOMATED SHUTTING OFF/TURNING OFF OF
 LIGHTS.
 THIS HAS BEEN CONFIRMED WITH THE STATE ON MANY
 OCCASIONS AND THE STATE TAC COMMITTEE WHEN THE CODE
 CHANGE WAS MADE ALMOST TWO EARS AGO.
 PLEASE SEE THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS CAN NOT BE CONFIRMED
 AND DO NOT CORRELATE FOR LIGHTING CONTROLS AND PLANS.

 ENERGY CALCULATIONS ARE BEING RETAINED BY THIS OFFICE.
 TO DATE NO ONE HAS CONTACTED THIS REVIEWER TO GO OVER
 ANY OF THE COMMENTS.

 PICKED UP FOR CORRECTIONS, PLEASE BE
 SURE TO COMPLETELY REMOVE ALL OLD/VOIDED

 SHEETS INTO TWO COMPLETE SETS FOR REVIEW
 AND STAMPING. DO NOT LEAVE ANY
 OLD/VOIDED SHEETS IN SETS.
 PLEASE KNOW ONLY ONE SET OF THE
 OLD/VOIDED SHEETS SHOULD BE SUBMITTED
 FOR REFERENCE.
