 1)AS THE VALUE OF PROPOSED WORK EXCEEDS 50% OF THE
 VALUE OF THE HOME, LANDSCAPING SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE
 WITH SECTION 94-442 OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS (ZLDR'S).
  
 2)PLEASE PROVIDE SETBACK DIMENSION OF NOTCHED
 SECTION ON WEST SIDE OF HOUSE.MUST MEET CURRENT
 SETBACK REQUIREMENTS (SIDE SETBACKS MUST BE 5' MINIMUM
 WITH A TOTAL OF 15' BETWEEN THE TWO SIDES).AS THE
 PROPOSED ADDITION IS SHOWN WITH A SIDE SETBACK OF 7.4
 FEET THE WEST SIDE SETBACK MUST BE A MINIMUM OF 7.6
 FEET, IF NOT THE ADDITION MUST BE MOVED IN TO MEET THE
 SETBACK REQUIREMENTS.
  
 3)THE FRONT PORCH DOES NOT MEET THE FRONT SETBACK
 REQUIREMENT OF 25 FEET.
  
 4)THE BUILDING WALLS MUST BE MOVED IN TO MEET
 CURRENT SETBACK REQUIREMENTS PURSUANT TO THE CITY OF
 WEST PALM BEACH ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS, SECTION 94-513(2)(C)(1):A NONCONFORMING
 STRUCTURE OR BUILDING, OR A CONFORMING STRUCTURE OR
 BUILDING OCCUPIED BY A MAJOR USE NONCONFORMITY, WHICH
 IS DESTROYED MAY NOT BE REPLACED EXCEPT IN CONFORMITY
 WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THIS CHAPTER.
  
 AS THE STRUCTURE IS MORE THAN 50% DESTROYED IT SHALL BE
 REBUILT TO MEET ALL CURRENT CODES AND REGULATIONS. MUST
 MEET SETBACK REQUIREMENTS SET FORTH IN THE ZLDR'S,
 SECTION 94-72:
  
 FRONT = 25'SIDES = 5' MINIMUM WITH A TOTAL OF 15'
 BETWEEN THE TWO SIDES.REAR= 15' OR 10% OF THE
 LOT DEPTH.
  
 5)PLEASE INDICATE ANY PROPOSED A/C EQUIPMENT WITH
 SETBACK DIMENSIONS TO THE PROPERTY LINES.
