 A. THE SITE PLAN, FOUNDATION PLAN AND FLOOR PLAN, SHOWS
 THE PROPOSED ADDITION TO BE 14 FEET WIDE BY 15 FEET
 DEEP.THE SURVEY SHOWS THE PROPOSED ADDITION TO BE 14
 FEET WIDE BY 15 FEET DEEP.
 B. THE SITE PLAN, FOUNDATION PLAN AND FLOOR PLAN, SHOWS
 THE DISTANCE SEPARATION BETWEEN THE EXISTING BUILDING
 AND THE PROPOSED ADDITION (NEW LOCATION OF THE A/C
 UNIT) TO BE 5 FEET.THE SURVEY SHOWS A DISTANCE
 SEPARATION OF 6 FEET.
 C. THE SURVEY SHOWS A LOT DEPTH OF 104.94 FEET ALONG
 THE WEST PROPERTY LINE AND 105.19 FEET ALONG THE EAST
 PROPERTY LINE.SITE PLAN SHOWS A LOT DEPTH OF 105

 ?PROPOSED ADDITION SHALL BE SHOWN ON BOTH COPIES OF
 SURVEY WITH SETBACK DIMENSIONS (REPEAT COMMENT).ALL
 SETBACK DIMENSIONS SHALL BE SHOWN ON BOTH COPIES OF
 SURVEY AND SITE PLAN.PLEASE NOTE THAT PER SECTION
 94-72 OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS,
 MINIMUM SIDE SETBACK IS 5 FEET, 15 FEET TOTAL.?
 A. SETBACK DIMENSIONS ARE NOT SHOWN ALONG THE WEST
 PROPERTY LINE.
 B. ACCORDING TO THE SURVEY, THE EXISTING CONCRETE
 COVERED AREA HAS A SETBACK OF LESS THAN 5 FEET
 (APPROXIMATELY 4 FEET).IN ORDER TO COMPLY WITH THE
 ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, THE PROPOSED
 ADDITION SHALL BE SETBACK A MINIMUM OF 11 FEET FROM THE
 EAST PROPERTY LINE.IF THE SETBACKS CAN NOT BE MET,
 THAN A VARIANCE IS NEEDED FOR THE PROPOSED ADDITION.

 FURTHER INFORMATION REGARDING THE VARIANCE
