 A) SPECIFY HOW MANY FASTENERS ARE REQUIRED FOR TRUSS
 CONNECTORS. INFORMATION IS MISSING.
  
 B) ROOF FRAMING PLAN SPECIFIESEXISTING WALL TO BE
 WOOD FRAMING.ROOF FRAMING PLAN SHOWS PRECAST LINTEL
 ABOVE DOOR OPENING.HOW CAN YOU HAVE A PRECAST LINTEL
 ON A WOOD FRAMED WALL?. ALSO, FLOOR PLAN SHOW CONCRETE
 BLOCK WALL AND CONCRETE FILLED COLUMNS AT BOTH ENDS OF
 SWING DOOR. CLARIFY/REVISE DRAWINGS AS REQUIRED TO
 MATCH.
  
 2- WALL STEM WALL:
 A) FIREBLOCKING AND FINISH CEILING INFORMATION IS
 MIXED UP.THESE ARE TWO DIFFERENT CODE ISSUES. PROVIDE
 INFORMATION FOR CEILING ASSEMBLY AND INFORMATION FOR
 FIREBLOCKING SEPARATELY. REVISE/CLARIFY NOTE AS
 REQUIRED. SEC. 106.1.2 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC 2004.
  
 B) PROVIDE COMPLETE SPECS FOR SOFFIT INSTALLATION.
 INFORMATION SUBMITTED IS INCOMPLETE."MASONRY TEXT.
 FINISH SOFFITS W/3"CONT VENT" IS NOT ENOUGH
 INFORMATION.SEC. 106.1.2 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC
 2004.
  
 3- STRUCTURAL LOADS INFORMATION IS INCORRECT:
 A) FLOOR AND ROOF LIVE LOADS CAN'T BE ONLY 10PSF.
 SEE SECTIONS R301 AND TABLE R301.5 OF 2004 FLORIDA
 RESIDENTIAL CODE FOR REQUIRED LOADS TO BE CONSIDERED.
 ALSO, INCLUDE ATTIC LIVE LOADS.
  
 4- EMERGENCY EGRESS WINDOWS.2004 SEE FLORIDA
 RESIDENTIAL BUILDING CODE AND 2006 REVISIONS AND CITE
 SPECIFIC SECTIONS THAT APPLY TO THIS PROJECT.
 INFORMATION SUBMITTED IS MISMATCHING THE FLORIDA
 RESIDENTIAL CODE AND THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE.
  
 5- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL AS REQUIRED BY DCA RULE
 9B-72 FOR:
 A) PRECAST LINTELS.NOA 03-0605.04 SUBMITTED IS FOR
 4", 6" AND 12" PRECAST LINTELS.NEED PRODUCT APPROVAL
 FOR 8" PRECAST LINTELS.
  
 B) SINGLE HUNG WINDOWS.
  
 C) STORM SHUTTERS IF WINDOW DOESN'T HAVE IMPACT
 GLASS. AND, CLEARLY SPECIFY ANCHOR TYPE AND SPACING TO
 BE USED. SEE SHUTTERS ENGINEERING DRAWINGS.
  
 D) FLAT ROOF ASSEMBLY. AND CLEARLY IDENTIFY SPECIFIC
 ASSEMBLY TO BE INSTALLED AND SPECIFIC FASTENING OPTION.
 ALSO, PROVIDE NAIL ENHANCING FOR PERIMETER AND CORNER
 AREAS PER RAS 117 AS IT'S TYPICALLY REQUIRED BY GENERAL
 LIMITATION #7.SEE GENERAL LIMITATION #7 ON LAST PAGE
 OF REPORT.SEE ATTACHED CITY POLICY FOR ROOFING
 PERMITS.
  
 6- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVIEWAND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING)ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 106.3.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC 2004.
 ***NOTE; MAKE SURE NAME OF ENGINEER WHO REVIEWS THE
 PRODUCT APPROVAL IS CLEAR.PRODUCT APPROVALS SUBMITTED
 ONLY STATES "REVIEW & APPROVED". NEED THE NAME OF
 ENGINEER WHO REVIEWED THE PRODUCT APPROVAL.
  
 7- PROVIDE THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS COMPLETELY FILLED
 AND SIGNED AND DATED BY THE OWNER.AGENT.NOW AT TIME
 OF PERMIT. NOTAT A LATER DATE. SEC. 13-600 FBC 2004.
  
 8- OWES $44.06 FOR UPDATED VALUATION PLUSADDITIONAL
 RESUBMITTAL FEES WILL BE CHARGED AFTER THE FIRST
