 1. PROVIDE RESPONSES TO COMMENTS IN WRITING.
  
 2. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-444, PROVIDE A TRASH
 RECEPTACLE.REFERENCE FIGURE XIV-3 FOR DIMENSIONAL
 REQUIREMENTS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR TRASH RECEPTACLES.
 IF THE PROPOSED TRASH RECEPTACLE DOES NOT MEET THE
 DIMENSIONAL REQUIREMENTS, A
 DEVIATION FROM THE DIMENSIONAL STANDARD
 MAY BE PERMITTED.IF A DEVIATION IS REQUESTED, A SIGN
 OFF FROM SANITATION IS REQUIRED ON THE SITE PLAN
 ILLUSTRATING THE DEVIATION FROM THE STANDARD.
  
 3. PROVIDE DETAILS THAT ILLUSTRATE ADA COMPLIANCE.
 SPECIFICALLY, SHOW THE HANDICAP ACCESS DETAIL FROM THE
 PARKING AREA TO THE BUILDING ENTRANCE ON THE SOUTH EAST
 SIDE OF THE PROPERTY.
  
 4. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-441(C) THE LANDSCAPING, TREE
 PROTECTION, AND SCREENING REQUIREMENTS OF THIS SECTION
 SHALL APPLY TO ALL DEVELOPMENT WITHIN THE CITY, EXCEPT
 THOSE DEVELOPMENTS EXEMPTED IN SUBSECTION (C) OF THIS
 SECTION. REFER TO SECTION 94-441 (C) IN THIS CASE TO
 SHOW THAT THE (2) RENOVATIONS, REPAIR, ALTERATION, OR
 REDVELOPMENT DOES NOT EXCEED 50 PERCENT OF THE VALUE OF
 THE STRUCTURE. PROVIDE VALUE OF STRUCTURE TO SHOW
 COMPLIANCE WITH CODE.
  
 5.PROVIDE DETAILED INFORMATION ABOUT THE
 PROPOSED USES ON SITE INCLUDING THE MOTOR VEHICLE
 SERVICE USE AND THE NEW PROPOSED OFFICE USE.
