 1.PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSE IN WRITING.
  
 2.THIS MONUMENT SIGN IS NOT ALLOWED AT THE CURRENT
 LOCATION FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:
 A.ACCORDING TO THE SURVEY THE SIGN APPEARS TO BE
 ON THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (FDOT)
 RIGHT-OF-WAY.
 B.PURSUANT TO SEC. 94-305, VISIBILITY AT
 INTERSECTIONS, OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS, THE SIGNAGE IS LOCATED WITHIN THE
 VISIBILITY TRIANGLE.SEE CODE SECTION BELOW:
  
 SEC. 94-305(E), VISIBILITY AT INTERSECTIONS.AT ANY
 ROAD INTERSECTIONS, VISIBILITY SHALL NOT BE OBSCURED BY
 THE CONSTRUCTION, PLACEMENT, OR MAINTENANCE OF A
 STRUCTURE WALL, SIGN, FENCE, BERM, PLANT MATERIAL,
 SHRUBS, OR ANY SIMILAR ITEM BETWEEN 18 INCHES OR EIGHT
 FEET IN HEIGHT WITHIN A TRIANGLE BEGINNING AT THE POINT
 WHERE PROPERTY LINES MEET AT THE CORNER, THEN 20 FEET
 ALONG THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE, THENCE DIAGONALLY TO A
 POINT ALONG THE SIDE PROPERTY LINE 20 FEET FROM THE
 POINT OF BEGINNING, AND THENCE TO THE POINT OF
 BEGINNING. IN THE EVENT THE CORNER OF AN INTERSECTION
 IS ROUNDED, THE MEASUREMENT SHALL BEGIN AT THE POINT
 THE PROPERTY LINES WOULD MEET WITHOUT ROUNDING. (SEE
 FIGURE X-1)
  
 3.PURSUANT TO SEC. 94-402(B)(13), PROHIBITED SIGNS
 AND RELATED EQUIPMENT, STATES THE FOLLOWING:
  
 ANY SIGN WHICH WOULD PROJECT INTO ANY PUBLIC
 RIGHT-OF-WAY OR OTHER ACCESS WAY, OR THE VISIBILITY
 TRIANGLE AREA SET FORTH IN SECTION SUBSECTION
 94-305(E), WITH THE EXCEPTION OF SIDEWALK SIGNS WHICH
 ARE REGULATED BY SUBSECTION 94-408(B)(6).
  
 4.A MINOR PD AMENDMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE
 PLANNING AND ZONING DEPARTMENT PRIOR TO THE ZONING
 APPROVAL FOR THE BUILDING PERMIT.THE DEVELOPMENT
 APPLICATION IS AVAILABLE ONLINE AT:
