 HAVE NOT LESS THAN A ONE-HOUR FIRE-RESISTIVE RATING
 WITH EXPOSURE FROM BOTH SIDES. PROJECTIONS SHALL NOT
 EXTEND TO A POINT CLOSER THAN 4 FEET (1220 MM) FROM AN
 ADJACENT PROJECTION OR WALL.
 EXCEPTION : DETACHED GARAGES ACCESSORY TO A DWELLING
 LOCATED WITHIN 2 FEET (610 MM) OF A LOT LINE SHALL BE
 PERMITTED TO HAVE ROOF EAVE PROJECTIONS NOT EXCEEDING 4
 INCHES (102 MM).
 PROJECTIONS EXTENDING INTO THE 6-FOOT (1829 MM)
 SEPARATION DISTANCE SHALL HAVE NOT LESS THAN 1-HOUR
 FIRE-RESISTIVE CONSTRUCTION ON THE UNDERSIDE. THE ABOVE

 4) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH R302.2 OPENINGS.
 OPENINGS SHALL NOT BE PERMITTED IN THE EXTERIOR WALL OF
 A DWELLING OR ACCESSORY BUILDING THAT IS SEPARATED FROM
 AN ADJACENT BUILDING BY A DISTANCE OF LESS THAN 6 FEET
 (1828 MM). THIS DISTANCE SHALL BE MEASURED
 PERPENDICULAR TO THE LINE USED TO DETERMINE THE
 SEPARATION DISTANCE.
 EXCEPTIONS:
 1.OPENINGS SHALL BE PERMITTED IN WALLS THAT ARE
 PERPENDICULAR TO A LINE EXTENDING FROM THE POINT FROM
 WHICH THE SEPARATION DISTANCE HAS BEEN MEASURED RUNNING

 5) PLEASE CLARIFY THE SCREEN BLOCK THAT IS SPECIFIED ON
 SHEET A1.0 AT THE GARDEN WALL.
  
 6) THE SCREEN BLOCK SPECIFIED AT THE GARAGE IN THE
 GENERAL NOTES ON A2.0 CAN NOT BE LOCATED IN THE FIRE
 RATED ZERO LOT LINE WALL.

 APPLY WHERE THE APPLIANCES ARE PROTECTED FROM MOTOR
 VEHICLE IMPACT AND INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION

 9) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH R309.2 SEPARATION REQUIRED. THE

 CONSTRUCTION, AN ATTIC ACCESS OPENING SHALL BE PROVIDED
 TO ATTIC AREAS THAT EXCEED 30 SQUARE FEET (2.8 M 2 )
 AND HAVE A VERTICAL HEIGHT OF 30 INCHES (762 MM) OR
 GREATER.
 THE ROUGH-FRAMED OPENING SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN 22
 INCHES BY 30 INCHES (559 MM BY 762 MM) AND SHALL BE
 LOCATED IN A HALLWAY OR OTHER READILY ACCESSIBLE
 LOCATION. A 30-INCH (762 MM) MINIMUM UNOBSTRUCTED
 HEADROOM IN THE ATTIC SPACE SHALL BE PROVIDED AT SOME

 12) THE TAG FOR SECTION 8/A1.0 AT THE FAMILY ROOM WALL
 IS IN THE WRONG LOCATION. IT SHOULD BE AT THE DOOR
 OPENING.
  
 13) SLIDING GLASS DOOR B IS SHOWN ON THE SCHEDULE ON
 A2.0 AS TWELVE FEET WIDE AND UNDER REMARKS IN SAME
 SCHEDULE IT IS SPECIFIED AS A 16080. PLEASE CORRECT.
 ALSO THE TRANSOM ABOVE IS SPECIFIED AS TWO 96" X 24"
 WINDOWS IN THE SCHEDULE ON A2.0. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 14) PLEASE SPECIFY THE 8 X 8 LINTEL BETWEEN THE 12'
 SLIDING GLASS DOOR AND THE FIXED GLASS TRANSOM AT THE
 BREAKFAST ROOM.THE LINTEL SCHEDULE AND ROOF/LINTEL
 PLAN ON A5.0 DOES NOT SPECIFY THIS LINTEL.

 IS FOR 4 OR 2 PANEL DOORS, THE PLAN SHOWS A 3 PANEL
 DOOR. PLEASE CLARIFY.
