| OR OTHERWISE STRUCTURALLY DEFICIENT, SUCH ELEMENTS |
| SHALL BE MADE TO CONFORM TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF |
| 407.3.2.1.1 OF THE EXISTING BUILDING CODE. |

| J) THE NEWLY REPAIRED WALLS SHALL CONFORM TO THE |
| REQUIREMENTS OF FBC 1403.2, WEATHER PROTECTION. |
| EXTERIOR WALLS SHALL PROVIDE THE BUILDING WITH A |
| WEATHER RESISITANT EXTERIOR WALL ENVELOPE. THE EXTERIOR |
| WALL ENVELOPE SHALL INCLUDE FLASHING, AS DESCRIBED IN |
| SECTION 1405.3. THE EXTERIOR WALL ENVELOPE SHALL BE |
| DESIGNED AND CONSTRUCTED IN SUCH A MANNER AS TO PREVENT |
| THE ACCUMULATION OF WATER WITHIN THE WALL ASSEMBLY BY |
| PROVIDING A WATER RESISTIVE BARRIER BEHIND THE EXTERIOR |
| VENEER AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 1404.2 AND A MEANS FOR |
| DRAINING WATER THAT ENTERS THE ASSEMBLY TO THE EXTERIOR |
| OF THE VENEER, UNLESS IT HAS BEEN DETERMINED THAT THE |
| PENETRATION OF THE WATER BEHIND THE VENEER SHALL NOT BE |
| DETRIMENTAL TO THE BUILDING PERFORMANCE. ALL EXTERIOR |
| FINISHES SHALL BE APPLIED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE |
| MANUFACTURE'S SPECIFICATIONS OF INSTALATION |
| INSTRUCTIONS. PROTECTION AGAINST CONDENSATION IN THE |
| EXTERIOR WALL ASSEMBLY SHALL BE PROVIDED IN ACCORDANCE |
| WITH CHAPTER 13 OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, |
| BUILDING. |

| K) ALL NEWLY INSTALLED BRICK SHALL CONFORM TO ASTM C55 |
| AS PER FBC 2103.1. |
| |
| L) AS PER FBC 2103.11.5, MORTAR SHALL CONFORM TO ASTM |
| C-270. |

| M) REQUIRE AN ON-SITE ENGINEER TO MONITOR WORK |
| IN-PROGRESS AND PROVIDE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE AS |
| PER FBC 105.14 DUE TO THE COMPLEXITY OF THE REPAIR. |

| N) REQUIRE CONCRETE RESTORATION REPAIR DETAILS FOR THE |
| BALCONIES PREPARED BY A LICENSED PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER. |
| SUBMIT ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AND/OR MANUFACTURER'S |
| SPECIFICATIONS. |
