 THE PARCEL ADDRESSED AS 401 N. ROSEMARY AVE.
  
 2) PLEASE SUBMIT A SURVEY FOR THE PROPERTY.
  
 3) PLEASE SHOW PLANS FOR THE LAYOUT OF THE OFF-STREET
 PARKING, WITH CLEARLY DELINEATED SPACES FOR THE
 DISABLED.
  
 4) PLEASE CONSULT SEC. 94-485 OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS FOR THE GENERAL PROVISIONS OF
 THE PARKING CODE.
  
 5) THE ACCESS DRIVE ON THE NORTHERN SIDE OF THE
 BUILDING MUST BE PAVED WITH A NON-DUSTING SURFACE.
  
 6) THE ACCESS DRIVE ON THE NORTHERN SIDE OF THE
 BUILDING MUST BE DESIGNATED AS ONE-WAY.
  
 7) PLEASE SUBMIT LANDSCAPE PLANS FOR REVIEW.
  
 8) PLEASE INCLUDE ALL EXISTING TREES ON THE SITE AND IN
 THE RIGHT-OF-WAY IN THE LANDSCAPE PLAN.

 REQUIRES RETAIL USES ON 3RD ST. PLEASE DETAIL AND GLAZE
 THE 3RD ST. FRONTAGE AS A STOREFRONT AS REQUIRED BY
 SEC. 94-108(E)(5) OF THE ZONING CODE.
  
 18) PLEASE SUBMIT FLOOR PLANS FOR THE SPACE. DOORS MAY
