 1) THE VALUE OF THE REVISED WORK ($ 15,000.00) HAS BEEN
 ADDED TO THE PREVIOUS VALUE OF WORK. ADDITIONAL FEES OF

 2) WHEN MAKING REVISIONS TO APPROVED PLANS, THE NEW
 PLANS ARE REQUIRED TO CONTAIN THE INFORMATION ON THE
 OLD DRAWINGS THAT IS NOT BEING CHANGED, AS WELL AS, THE
 NEW INFORMATION. THE REVISED/NEW INFORMATION SHOULD BE
 CLOUDED AND LABELED WITH THE REVISION NUMBER. SEE FBC
 106.1.3* AND 106.1.1* CITY AMENDMENTS. NOTE: THESE
 PLANS NEED TO SHOW THE SCOPE OF WORK FOR THE ENTIRE
 PROJECT IN ADDITION TO THE REVISION TO ENCLOSE THE
 GARAGE. SOME OF THE INFORMATION FROM THE APPROVED PLANS
 WAS NOT SHOWN ON THE REVISED SHEET A-1.

 REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF
 RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.

 EXTERIOR WALLS SEPARATED BY LESS THAN 6 FEET (1828 MM)

 RATING WITH EXPOSURE FROM BOTH SIDES. PROJECTIONS SHALL
 NOT EXTEND TO A POINT CLOSER THAN 4 FEET (1220 MM) FROM
 AN ADJACENT PROJECTION OR WALL. PROJECTIONS EXTENDING
 INTO THE 6-FOOT (1829 MM) SEPARATION DISTANCE SHALL
 HAVE NOT LESS THAN 1-HOUR FIRE-RESISTIVE CONSTRUCTION
 ON THE UNDERSIDE.

 OPENINGS SHALL NOT BE PERMITTED IN THE EXTERIOR WALL OF
 A DWELLING OR ACCESSORY BUILDING THAT IS SEPARATED FROM
 AN ADJACENT BUILDING BY A DISTANCE OF LESS THAN 6 FEET
 (1828 MM). THIS DISTANCE SHALL BE MEASURED
 PERPENDICULAR TO THE LINE USED TO DETERMINE THE
 SEPARATION DISTANCE.
 THE NEW GARAGE WALLS APPEAR TO BE LESS THAN 6 FEET FROM
 THE PROPERTY LINE. PROVIDE A SURVEY/SITE PLAN THAT
 INDICATES THAT THE DISTANCE TO STRUCTURES ON THE
 ADJACENT PROPERTY WILL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIRED
 DISTANCES OR COMPLY WITH THE CODE SECTIONS LISTED
