 DEAR MS. BOYAJIAN:
  
 IT WAS BROUGHT TO THE ATTENTION OF THE PLANNING AND
 ZONING DEPARTMENT THAT ST. MARY TENET ILLEGALLY SOLD A
 PORTION OF THEIR PROPERTY WITHOUT GOING THROUGH THE
 CITY?S SUBDIVISION PROCESS.THIS PORTION WAS LATER
 UNIFIED TO THE HANLEY CENTER CAMPUS? PROPERTY, LOCATED
 IMMEDIATELY WEST OF THE ST. MARY?S MEDICAL CENTER.AS
 A RESULT, ANY DEVELOPMENT ORDERS, TO INCLUDE BUILDING
 PERMITS WITH THE EXCEPTION OF PERMITS FOR LIFE SAFETY
 SYSTEMS (I.E.: FIRE EXTINGUISHERS, FIRE SPRINKLERS,
 FIRE DETECTION AND ALARM SYSTEMS, EXIT SYSTEMS
 INCLUDING MARKING AND HARDWARE, ILLUMINATION SYSTEMS
 INCLUDING NORMAL AND EMERGENCY LIGHTING AND
 GENERATORS), FOR THE ST. MARY?S AND THE HANLEY CENTER
 SITES, WILL NOT BE ISSUED UNTIL THE FOLLOWING HAS BEEN
 COMPLETED:
  
 1. A REPLAT OF THE ST. MARY?S MEDICAL CENTER PARCEL
 THROUGH THE CITY?S MINOR SUBDIVISION PROCESS; AND 2. A
 MAJOR AMENDMENT TO THE ST. MARY?S MEDICAL CENTER CSPD
 TO CHANGE THE EXISTING BOUNDARY OF THE PLANNED
 DEVELOPMENT.PLEASE NOTE THAT THE MAJOR AMENDMENT WILL
 REQUIRE APPROVAL BY THE CITY COMMISSION.
