| A RESULT, ANY DEVELOPMENT ORDERS, TO INCLUDE BUILDING |
| PERMITS WITH THE EXCEPTION OF PERMITS FOR LIFE SAFETY |
| SYSTEMS (I.E.: FIRE EXTINGUISHERS, FIRE SPRINKLERS, |
