 THAT THE "EXISTING STAIRS" WERE NOT BUILT IN COMPLIANCE
 WITH THE CURRENT BUILDING CODE AND PRESENT A HAZARD.
  
 2ND REVIEW, A "STEPS REPAIR" WAS INCLUDED IN THE PLAN,
 AND NOW THERE ARE RISER HEIGHTS RANGING FROM 4.5" TO
 6".PLEASE READ REFERENCED CODE SECTION AND REVISE.
 STAIRS MODIFIED AS PROPOSED ARE NOT CODE COMPLIANT AND
 STILL PRESENT A HAZARD.
  
 5.)DECLARE GOVERNING CODE, INCLUDING 2006 AMENDMENTS,
 AND EXISTING BUILDING CODE.

 "PLATFORM".DETAILS ARE TO BE CONSISTENT AND CODE
