 AT A DIFFERENT DIMENSION RANGING FROM 2? TO 6? ON ONE
 SIDE, 5? AND 7? ON THE OTHER SIDE, AND THE TREADS ARE
 SHOWN AT 2?11? AND 3?2?.SEE FBC1009.3.IT APPEARS
 THAT THE ?EXISTING STAIRS? WERE NOT BUILT IN COMPLIANCE
 WITH THE CURRENT BUILDING CODE AND PRESENT A HAZARD.
  
 5.)DECLARE GOVERNING CODE, INCLUDING 2006 AMENDMENTS,
 AND EXISTING BUILDING CODE.
  
 6.)IS THIS A CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY?OUR RECORDS SHOW
 AN AUTO BODY SHOP IN THIS LOCATION.

 EXCLUDE THE GUARDRAIL IF THAT'S THE PURPOSE OF THE
 APPLICATION?WHERE IS THE CONCRETE WALKWAY?WHAT DOES
 "LEVEL IT" MEAN?PLANS SHOULD CLEARLY SHOW SCOPE OF
 WORK AND BE CONSISTENT WITH THE APPLICATION.

 REASONABLE VALUE OR A VALUATION ADJUSTMENT WILL BE DONE
 FOR YOU USING MARSHALL & SWIFT.

 BUILDING CODE, NOT SURE OF THE PURPOSE OF THIS NOTE.
  
 12.)DIAZ DRAFTING SERVICES HAS ALREADY BEEN INFORMED
 BY THIS DEPARTMENT THAT THEY ARE NOT LICENSED TO DO
 DESIGN WORK FOR COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES.CONTINUED
 NONCOMPLIANCE WILL RESULT IN A COMPLAINT AGAINST THE
 COMPANY.DUE TO THIS ISSUE AND THE DEFICIENCIES IN THE
 PLAN, A SET HAS BEEN RETAINED.
  
 13.)THE NOTES STATE THAT THE BOTTOM RAIL SHALL REJECT
 THE PASSAGE OF A 2" OBJECT.HOWEVER, A 3" AND 5" GAP
 IS SHOWN BETWEEN THE BOTTOM OF THE BALUSTERS AND THE
 "PLATFORM".DETAILS ARE TO BE CONSISTENT AND CODE
 COMPLIANT.SEE FBC1012.
