 EQUIPMENT.
 3. THE POOL EQUIPMENT SHALL NOT BE CLOSER THAN 11FT
 FROM THE REAR PROPERTY LINE. SEC 94-303 MECHANICAL/POOL
 EQUIPMENT/GENERATOR MAY NOT PROJECT MORE THAN FOUR FEET
 INTO A SETBACK.
  
 NOTE: 35TH STREET IS CONSIDERED THE FRONT OF PROPERTY
 (SHORTESS PORTION OF THE LOT) AND POINSETTIA AVE
 (PLATTED DIXIE HWY) IS THE CONSIDERED THE CORNER/SIDE
