 1. SHT GV-101 CODE REFERENCES ARE INCORRECT. THE CODE
 ADOPTED IS THE FBC-2004 WITH 2005, & 2006 REVISIONS.
 PLEASE INDICATE THE CORRECT CODE REFERENCE FOR DESIGN &
 CONSTRUCTION. SECTION 106.1.1.
  
 2. SHT CX-101 IS NOT SIGNED/SEALED/DATED. THE IS
 REQUIRED BY SECTION 106.1, THE FLORIDA ADMINISTRATIVE
 CODE, AND FLORIDA STATUTES.
  
 3. SHT CU-101 SHOWS A NEW 2-1/2" WATER SERVICE, BUT
 INDICATES ONLY A 2" RPZV BACKFLOW. TABLE 603.1(D)
 REQUIRES THE BACKFLOW TO BE AT LEAST THE SAME SIZE AS
 THE WATER LINE IN WHICH ITS INSTALLED. PLEASE SHOW
 PROPER SIZE BACKFLOW.
  
 4. SHT CU-101 UTILITY CROSSING NOTES. 1(B) & 2(A) NOTES
 STATE "THE MINIMUM HORIZONTAL SEPARATION DISTANCE
 BETWEEN WATERMAINS &GRAVITY SANITARY SEWERS TO BE
 REFUCED TO 3 FEET WHERE THE BOTTOM OF THE PIPE IS LAID
 AT LEAST 6" ABOVE THE TOP OF THE SEWER". SECTION 603.2
 EXCEPTION (1) REQUIRES THE SEPARATION DISTANCE TO BE A
 MINIMUM OF 12" WITHIN 5' OF THE SEWER.
  
 5. SHT AF-103 SUBMIT CALCULATIONS FOR PRIMARY AND
 SECONDARY ROOF DRAINS PER SECTIONS 1106 & 1107 AND ALL
 SUBSECTIONS. INDICATE THE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF EACH AREA,
 PLUS 1/2 THE AREA OF ALL VERTICAL WALLS, INCLUDING
 PARAPETS, PLUS ANY ROOF AREA THAT DRAINS ONTO THE ROOF
 AREAS FROM ABOVE. IF SCUPPERS ARE USED, SUBMIT A DETAIL
 SHOWING THE LENGTH, WIDTH, AND THE MEASUREMENT FROM THE
 ROOF TO THE FLOW LINE OF THE SCUPPER. SECTION
 1503.4.2.
  
 6. INFORMATIONAL. IN PHASE III THE ACCESSIBILITY
 REQUIREMENTS WILL BE REQUIRED PER SECTIONS 11-4.15,
 11-4.16, 11-4.18, 11-4.19, 11-4.21, 11-4.22, AND
 11-4.24. ALSO NO DRINKING FOUNTAINS WERE SEEN.
  
 7. IN PHASE III PLEASE SUBMIT CALCULATIONS FOR MINIMUM
 FACILITIES PER TABLES 1004.1.2 & 403.1.
