 1. REPEAT COMMENT:THE NEW (ACCESSORY) STRUCTURE SHALL
 COMPLY WITH THE LANDSCAPE REQUIREMENTS, ARTICLE XIV, OF
 THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS.
  
 2. A LANDSCAPE PLAN, PREPARED, SIGNED AND SEALED BY A
 REGISTERED LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT, SHALL BE SUBMITTED
 MEETING ARTICLE XIV, MORE SPECIFICALLY SECTION
 94-443(B), OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS.
  
 3. PER SECTION 94-486, ARTICLE XV, OF THE ZONING AND
 LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, AT LEAST ONE (1) PARKING
 SPACE SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR THE PROPOSED
 STORAGE/BATHROOM.
  
 4. REPEAT COMMENT: THE NEW (ACCESSORY) STRUCTURE SHALL
 COMPLY WITH THE PARKING REQUIREMENTS, ARTICLE XV, OF
 THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS.
  
 5. PROVIDE A LETTER FROM THE ENGINEERING SERVICES
 DEPARTMENT VERIFYING THAT A DUMPSTER IS REQUIRED ON THE
 SITE.
 A. PLEASE NOTE THAT IN THE EVENT THAT A DUMPSTER IS
 NEEDED, DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE MEETING SECTION 94-444(B) OF
 THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS SHALL BE
 PROVIDED.
