 ADDITION TO AN EXISTING STRUCTURE:
  
 A) SHALL COMPLY WITH THE INDUSTRIAL ZONING DISTRICT
 REGULATIONS (ARTICLE VIII OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS).
  
 B) SHALL COMPLY WITH THE LANDSCAPE REGULATIONS (ARTICLE
 14, MORE SPECIFICALLY SECTION 94-443(B), OF THE ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS).
  
 C) SHALL COMPLY WITH THE PARKING REGULATIONS (ARTICLE
 15 OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS).
  
  
 5) THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS MAY BE
