 4) SPECIFY THE BOTTOM CORD LIVE LOAD IN THE STRUCTURAL
 LOAD TABLE ON A1. MINIMUM IS 10 PSF PER FBC TABLE
 1607.1.
  
 5)UPDATE EMERGENCY EGRESS WINDOW INFORMATION ON SHEET
 A1. SPECIFY 2004 FBC AND SECTION R 310 OF THE 2004 FBC
 RESIDENTIAL.
  
 6) SPECIFY THE EFFECTIVE WIND AREA FOR THE WALL
 CLADDING PRESSURES LISTED UNDER WIND INFORMATION ON
 SHEET A1. SEE ASCE7-02 FIGURE 6-3 AND TABLE R301.2

 OPENING PER R322.1.1 AND FBC CHAPTER 11.
 ALL NEW SINGLE-FAMILY HOUSES, DUPLEXES, TRIPLEXES,
 CONDOMINIUMS AND TOWNHOUSES SHALL PROVIDE AT LEAST ONE
 BATHROOM , LOCATED WITH MAXIMUM POSSIBLE PRIVACY, WHERE
 BATHROOMS ARE PROVIDED ON HABITABLE GRADE LEVELS, WITH
 A DOOR THAT HAS A 29-INCH (737 MM) CLEAR OPENING.
 HOWEVER, IF ONLY A TOILET ROOM IS PROVIDED AT GRADE
 LEVEL, SUCH TOILET ROOMS SHALL HAVE A CLEAR OPENING OF
 NOT LESS THAN 29 INCHES (737 MM).
  
 10) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH R807.1 ATTIC ACCESS.
 IN BUILDINGS WITH COMBUSTIBLE CEILING OR ROOF
 CONSTRUCTION, AN ATTIC ACCESS OPENING SHALL BE PROVIDED
 TO ATTIC AREAS THAT EXCEED 30 SQUARE FEET (2.8 M 2 )
 AND HAVE A VERTICAL HEIGHT OF 30 INCHES (762 MM) OR
 GREATER.
 THE ROUGH-FRAMED OPENING SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN 22
 INCHES BY 30 INCHES (559 MM BY 762 MM) AND SHALL BE
 LOCATED IN A HALLWAY OR OTHER READILY ACCESSIBLE
 LOCATION. A 30-INCH (762 MM) MINIMUM UNOBSTRUCTED
 HEADROOM IN THE ATTIC SPACE SHALL BE PROVIDED AT SOME
 POINT ABOVE THE ACCESS OPENING. SEE SECTION M1305.1.3
 FOR ACCESS REQUIREMENTS WHERE MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT IS
 LOCATED IN ATTICS.
  
 11) PROVIDE A DETAIL OF THE ALUMINUM COLUMN CAP ON THE
 ALUMINUM COLUMN AT THE ENTRY PORCH. SPECIFY THICKNESS,
 WELDS, DIMENSIONS, UPLIFT CAPACITY, ETC.
  
 12) SPECIFY THE THICKNESS OF THE SQUARE ALUMINUM
 COLUMNS AND THE EMBED DEPTH.
  
 13) CLARIFY WHERE THE SIMPSON H-7 CONNECTORS WILL BE
 INSTALLED. SEE SECTION A/A2.
  
 14) A SIMPSON THA218 HANGER IS SPECIFIED TO BE
 INSTALLED UPSIDE DOWN AT THE ENTRY AND THE BATH
 ADDITION. SUBMIT PRODUCT APPROVALS, TESTING OR OTHER
 THAT ALLOWS THIS TYPE OF INSTALLATION AND SPECIFIES THE
 ALLOWABLE UPLIFT OR SPECIFY ANOTHER CONNECTOR.
  
 15)SUBMIT SIGNED AND SEALED TRUSS DRAWINGS AND LAYOUT
 THAT HAS BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD FOR THE STRUCTURE FOR REVIEW BEFORE
 INSTALLATION. R802.10.1 TRUSS DESIGN DRAWINGS. TRUSS
 DESIGN DRAWINGS, PREPARED IN CONFORMANCE WITH SECTION
 R802.10.1 , SHALL BE PROVIDED TO THE BUILDING OFFICIAL
 AND APPROVED PRIOR TO INSTALLATION.
  
 16)ROOF SHEATHING IS REQUIRED TO BE IN ACCORDANCE

 BE FASTENED TO ROOF FRAMING WITH 8D RING-SHANK NAILS AT
 6 INCHES ON CENTER AT EDGES AND 6 INCHES ON CENTER AT
 INTERMEDIATE FRAMING. SPACING OF RING-SHANK FASTENERS
 SHALL BE 4 INCHES ON CENTER IN NAILING ZONE 3 FOR 130
 MPH OR GREATER DESIGNWIND SPEEDS IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 FIGURE R803.2.3.1. PLEASE REVISE NOTES ON A3.
  
 17) SECTION A/A3 SHOWS THE SLAB 6 " ABOVE GRADE WITH A
 16" THICK FOOTING THIS WILL NOT ALLOW FOR THE 12" BELOW
 GRADE REQUIRED TO THE BOTTOM OF THE FOOTING. R403.1.4
