 STRUCTURES AND USES SHALL CONFORM TO THE STRUCTURAL
 STRENGTH, FOR SAFETY, MEANS OF EGRESS, ACCESSIBILITY,
 LIGHT, VENTILATION AND SANITARY REQUIREMENTS OF THIS
 CODE AS NECESSARY TO ENSURE THE PUBLIC HEALTH, SAFETY
 AND GENERAL WELFARE.
  
 3)FBC SEC 107.1 TEMPRARY SHALL BE LIMITED AS TO TIME
 OF SERVICE, BUT SHALL NOT BE PERMITTED FOR MORE THAN
 180 DAYS.
  
 4)PROVIDE ELEVATION DRAWINGS OF THE RAMP AND STAIRS
 SHOWING INDICATING ALL MENTIONS. ALL RAMPS SHALL COMPLY
 WITH FBC SEC. 11-4.7AND SEC.11-4.8
  
 5)11-4.5.1 GENERAL.
 GROUND AND FLOOR SURFACES ALONG ACCESSIBLE ROUTES AND
 IN ACCESSIBLE ROOMS AND SPACES INCLUDING FLOORS, WALKS,
 RAMPS, STAIRS, AND CURB RAMPS, SHALL BE STABLE, FIRM,
 SLIP-RESISTANT, AND SHALL COMPLY WITH SECTION 11-4.5 .
 SHELL ROCK WILL NOT MEET THIS REQUIREMENT.
  
 6)STAIRS AND LANDING PLATFORMS SHALL BE DESIGN TO FBC
 SEC 11-4.5.2. CHANGES IN LEVEL UP TO ? INCHES (6 MM)
 MAY BE VERTICAL AND WITHOUT EDGE TREATMENT [SEE FIGURE
 11-7 (C)]. CHANGES IN LEVEL BETWEEN ? INCH AND ? INCH
 (6 MM AND 13 MM) SHALL BE BEVELED WITH A SLOPE NO
 GREATER THAN 1:2 [SEE FIGURE 11-7 (D)]. CHANGES IN
 LEVEL GREATER THAN ? INCH (13 MM) SHALL BE ACCOMPLISHED
 BY MEANS OF A RAMP THAT COMPLIES WITH SECTION 11-4.7 OR
 11-4.8 .
  
 7) WPB AMENDMENTS 108.3THE CLAIM VALUE IS TO LOW.IF
 IN THE OPINION OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, THE CLAIMED
 VALUATION OF APPEARS TO BE UNDERESTIMATED ON THE
 APPLICATION, THE PERMIT SHALL BE DENIED. FOR PERMITTING
 PURPOSES,VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE
 TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL,
 ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISH, NORMAL
 SITE WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGNFEES, MARKETING
 COST, ORERHEAD AND PROFIT EXCLUDING LAND. OUR VALUATION
 REFERENCE IS ICC (BVD), MARSHALL-SWIFT AND MEANS COST
 ANALYSIS SERVICES.
  
 8)11-4.6.2 LOCATION.
 ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES SERVING A PARTICULAR BUILDING
 SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE SHORTEST SAFELY ACCESSIBLE
 ROUTE OF TRAVEL FROM ADJACENT PARKING TO AN ACCESSIBLE
 ENTRANCE. IN PARKING FACILITIES THAT DO NOT SERVE A
 PARTICULAR BUILDING, ACCESSIBLE PARKING SHALL BE
 LOCATED ON THE SHORTEST ACCESSIBLE ROUTE OF TRAVEL TO
 AN ACCESSIBLE PEDESTRIAN ENTRANCE OF THE PARKING
 FACILITY. IN BUILDINGS WITH MULTIPLE ACCESSIBLE
 ENTRANCES WITH ADJACENT PARKING, ACCESSIBLE PARKING
 SPACES SHALL BE DISPERSED AND LOCATED CLOSEST TO THE
 ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCES.
 EACH PARKING SPACE MUST BE NO LESS THAN 12 FEET (3658
 MM) WIDE.
 (1)ALL SPACES MUST BE LOCATED ON AN ACCESSIBLE
 ROUTE NO LESS THAN 44 INCHES (1118 MM)WIDE SO THAT
 USERS WILL NOT BE COMPELLED TO WALK OR WHEEL BEHIND
