 1) THE NOC HAS EXPIRED. IT WILL BE REQUIRED TO HAVE IT
 RERECORDED BEFORE THE PERMIT IS ISSUED.
  
 2)SUBMIT ENERGY CALCULATIONS FOR THE NEW ADDITION AS
 REQUIRED BY THE 2004 FBC CHAPTER 13.
  
 3) SUBMIT A SITE PLAN SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH R401.3
 DRAINAGE .
 SURFACE DRAINAGE SHALL BE DIVERTED TO A STORM SEWER
 CONVEYANCE OR OTHER APPROVED POINT OF COLLECTION SO AS
 TO NOT CREATE A HAZARD. LOTS SHALL BE GRADED SO AS TO
 DRAIN SURFACE WATER AWAY FROM FOUNDATION WALLS. THE
 GRADE AWAY FROM FOUNDATION WALLS SHALL FALL A MINIMUM
 OF 6 INCHES (152 MM) WITHIN THE FIRST 10 FEET (3048
 MM).
 EXCEPTION: WHERE LOT LINES, WALLS, SLOPES OR OTHER
 PHYSICAL BARRIERS PROHIBIT 6 INCHES (152 MM) OF FALL
 WITHIN 10 FEET (3048 MM), DRAINS OR SWALES SHALL BE
 PROVIDED TO ENSURE DRAINAGE AWAY FROM THE STRUCTURE
  
 4) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH R322.1.1
 ALL NEW SINGLE-FAMILY HOUSES, DUPLEXES, TRIPLEXES,
 CONDOMINIUMS AND TOWNHOUSES SHALL PROVIDE AT LEAST ONE
 BATHROOM, LOCATED WITH MAXIMUM POSSIBLE PRIVACY, WHERE
 BATHROOMS ARE PROVIDED ON HABITABLE GRADE LEVELS, WITH
 A DOOR THAT HAS A 29-INCH (737 MM) CLEAR OPENING.
 HOWEVER, IF ONLY A TOILET ROOM IS PROVIDED AT GRADE
 LEVEL, SUCH TOILET ROOMS SHALL HAVE A CLEAR OPENING OF
 NOT LESS THAN 29 INCHES (737 MM). ADDITIONS AND ALTERED
 SPACES ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLY. SEE FBC CHAPTER 11.
  
 5) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH R807.1 ATTIC ACCESS.
 IN BUILDINGS WITH COMBUSTIBLE CEILING OR ROOF
 CONSTRUCTION, AN ATTIC ACCESS OPENING SHALL BE PROVIDED
 TO ATTIC AREAS THAT EXCEED 30 SQUARE FEET (2.8 M 2 )
 AND HAVE A VERTICAL HEIGHT OF 30 INCHES (762 MM) OR
 GREATER.
 THE ROUGH-FRAMED OPENING SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN 22
 INCHES BY 30 INCHES (559 MM BY 762 MM) AND SHALL BE
 LOCATED IN A HALLWAY OR OTHER READILY ACCESSIBLE
 LOCATION. A 30-INCH (762 MM) MINIMUM UNOBSTRUCTED
 HEADROOM IN THE ATTIC SPACE SHALL BE PROVIDED AT SOME
 POINT ABOVE THE ACCESS OPENING. SEE SECTION M1305.1.3
 FOR ACCESS REQUIREMENTS WHERE MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT IS
 LOCATED IN ATTICS.
  
 6) SPECIFY THE SIZE AND SPACING OF THE ROOF
 VENTILATION.
 R806.1 VENTILATION REQUIRED.
 ENCLOSED ATTICS AND ENCLOSED RAFTER SPACES FORMED WHERE
 CEILINGS ARE APPLIED DIRECTLY TO THE UNDERSIDE OF ROOF
 RAFTERS SHALL HAVE CROSS VENTILATION FOR EACH SEPARATE
 SPACE BY VENTILATING OPENINGS PROTECTED AGAINST THE
 ENTRANCE OF RAIN. VENTILATING OPENINGS SHALL BE
 PROVIDED WITH CORROSION-RESISTANT WIRE MESH, WIT H 1 /
 8 INCH (3.2 MM) MINIMUM TO ? INCH (6.4 MM) MAXIMUM
 OPENINGS.
 R806.2 MINIMUM AREA.
 THE TOTAL NET FREE VENTILATING AREA SHALL NOT BE LESS
 THAN 1 TO 150 OF THE AREA OF THE SPACE VENTILATED
 EXCEPT THAT THE TOTAL AREA IS PERMITTED TO BE REDUCED
 TO 1 TO 300, PROVIDED AT LEAST 50 PERCENT AND NOT MORE
 THAN 80 PERCENT OF THE REQUIRED VENTILATING AREA IS
 PROVIDED BY VENTILATORS LOCATED IN THE UPPER PORTION OF
 THE SPACE TO BE VENTILATED AT LEAST 3 FEET (914 MM)
 ABOVE EAVE OR CORNICE VENTS WITH THE BALANCE OF THE
 REQUIRED VENTILATION PROVIDED BY EAVE OR CORNICE VENTS.
 AS AN ALTERNATIVE, THE NET FREE CROSS-VENTILATION AREA
 MAY BE REDUCED TO 1 TO 300 WHEN A VAPOR BARRIER HAVING
 A TRANSMISSION RATE NOT EXCEEDING 1 PERM (57.4 MG/S ? M
 2 ? PA) IS INSTALLED ON THE WARM SIDE OF THE CEILING.
  
 7) BASED ON THE 2006 REVISIONS TO THE 2004 FBC WHICH
 BECAME EFFECTIVE ON DECEMBER 8, 2006, THE STRUCTURE IS
 LOCATED IN EXPOSURE CATEGORY C. PLEASE CORRECT ON SHEET
 S1 AND ADJUST THE OPENING PRESSURES ACCORDINGLY.
  
 8)ROOF SHEATHING IS REQUIRED TO BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 SECTION R803.2.3.1 OF 2006 REVISIONS TO 2004 FBC
 RESIDENTIAL CODE. WOOD STRUCTURAL PANEL SHEATHING SHALL
 BE FASTENED TO ROOF FRAMING WITH 8D RING-SHANK NAILS AT
 6 INCHES ON CENTER AT EDGES AND 6 INCHES ON CENTER AT
 INTERMEDIATE FRAMING. SPACING OF RING-SHANK FASTENERS
 SHALL BE 4 INCHES ON CENTER IN NAILING ZONE 3 FOR 130
 MPH OR GREATER DESIGNWIND SPEEDS IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 FIGURE R803.2.3.1. PLEASE SPECIFY ON THE PLANS.
  
 9) SPECIFY THE ROOF SLOPE ON THE PLANS. TRUSS DRAWINGS
 ARE FOR5/12 PITCH.
  
 10) PROVIDE A FRAMING AND ATTACHMENT DETAIL FOR THE
 ARCH AT THE COVERED ENTRY.
  
 11)SPECIFY THE SIZES AND TYPE OF WINDOWS IN THE
 EXISTING REAR BEDROOM. IF THE WINDOW THAT IS BEING IN
 FILLED CONFORMS WITH EMERGENCY ESCAPE REQUIREMENTS OF
 R310.1 OR IS LARGER THAN THE REMAINING ONE, THEN THE
 REMAINING WINDOW WILL NEED TO BE CHANGED TO CONFORM.
 EXISTING BUILDING CODE 501.2 CONFORMANCE.
 AN EXISTING BUILDING OR PORTION THEREOF SHALL NOT BE
 ALTERED SUCH THAT THE BUILDING BECOMES LESS SAFE OR
 ENERGY EFFICIENT THAN ITS EXISTING CONDITION. IF IN THE
 ALTERATION THE CURRENT LEVEL OF SAFETY OR SANITATION IS
 TO BE REDUCED, THE PORTION ALTERED SHALL CONFORM TO THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING .
  
 12) THE TRUSS LAYOUT IS REQUIRED TO BE SIGNED, DATED
 AND SEALED BY THE TRUSS ENGINEER. FS 471. THE DESIGNER
 OF RECORD FOR THE STRUCTURE IS REQUIRED TO REVIEW AND
 APPROVE THE TRUSS LAYOUT IN WRITING.
  
 13) THE TRUSS DRAWINGS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE THE
 ORIGINAL SIGNATURE OF THE ENGINEER. SIGNATURE STAMPS
 ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. FS 471 AND FAC 61G15-23.002
  
 14) THE TRUSS LAYOUT AND DRAWINGS DO NOT CORRESPOND TO
 THE ROOF FRAMING PLAN ON S1. THE ENTRY PORCH IS A GABLE
 ON TRUSS DRAWINS AND A HIP ON THE PLANS. THE TRUSS
 DRAWINGS SHOW THE TRUSSES STOPPING AT THE WALL OF THE
 EXISTING STRUCTURE AND THE FRAMING PLAN SHOWS THEM
 EXTENDING PAST THE WALL AND STRAPPED TO EXISTING
 TRUSSES. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 15) THE STRAPPING SCHEDULE ON S1 INCORRECTLY SPECIFIES
 (7) NAILS TO THE TRUSS FOR THE SIMPSON HTSM16. THE
 CATALOG REQUIRES (8).
  
 16)WPB ADMIN CODE 106.3* PRODUCT
 APPROVALS. THOSE PRODUCT WHICH ARE
 REGULATED BY DCA RULE 9B-72 SHALL BE
 REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL
 FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
  
 17) SUBMIT PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE SOLAR TUBE
 SKYLIGHT. IMPACT PROTECTION REQUIRED.
  
 18) SUBMIT PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE FLAT ROOF PORTION
 OF THE ROOF. FROM THE PRODUCT APPROVAL SPECIFY THE
 SYSTEM THAT WILL BE INSTALLED AND THE FASTENING OPTION
 AND DESIGN PRESSURE THAT WILL BE USED. IF ENHANCED
 FASTENING IS REQUIRED AT PERIMETER AND CORNERS, SUBMIT
 RAS 117 CALCULATION.
  
 19) SUBMIT THE UPDATED NOA FOR THE PGT FD101 FRENCH
 DOOR. NOA 06-0807.07 HAS REVISED 02-0927.13.
