 1) PROVIDE A SITE PLAN SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH R401.3
 DRAINAGE .
 SURFACE DRAINAGE SHALL BE DIVERTED TO A STORM SEWER
 CONVEYANCE OR OTHER APPROVED POINT OF COLLECTION SO AS
 TO NOT CREATE A HAZARD. LOTS SHALL BE GRADED SO AS TO
 DRAIN SURFACE WATER AWAY FROM FOUNDATION WALLS. THE
 GRADE AWAY FROM FOUNDATION WALLS SHALL FALL A MINIMUM
 OF 6 INCHES (152 MM) WITHIN THE FIRST 10 FEET (3048
 MM).
 EXCEPTION: WHERE LOT LINES, WALLS, SLOPES OR OTHER
 PHYSICAL BARRIERS PROHIBIT 6 INCHES (152 MM) OF FALL
 WITHIN 10 FEET (3048 MM), DRAINS OR SWALES SHALL BE
 PROVIDED TO ENSURE DRAINAGE AWAY FROM THE STRUCTURE.
 THE DRAINAGE PLAN SUBMITTED DOES NOT SHOW HOW THE
 SURFACE WATER IS BEING ROUTED TO THE STORM SEWERS. IT
 SHOWS THE SURFACE DRAINAGE DIVERTED TO THE ADJACENT
 LOTS. THE PLAN NEEDS TO SHOW THE WATER BEING KEPT ON
 THE BUILDING LOT AND ROUTED TO THE STORM DRAIN OR OTHER
 APPROVED COLLECTION POINT.
  
 2)R613.6.2 MASONRY, CONCRETE OR OTHER STRUCTURAL
 SUBSTRATE.
 WHERE THE WOOD SHIM OR BUCK THICKNESS IS LESS THAN
 1-1/2 INCHES (38 MM), WINDOW AND DOOR ASSEMBLIES SHALL
 BE ANCHORED THROUGH THE MAIN FRAME OR BY JAMB CLIP OR
 SUBFRAME SYSTEM, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MANUFACTURERS
 PUBLISHED INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS. ANCHORS SHALL BE
 SECURELY FASTENED DIRECTLY INTO THE MASONRY, CONCRETE
 OR OTHER STRUCTURAL SUBSTRATE MATERIAL. UNLESS
 OTHERWISE TESTED, BUCKS SHALL EXTEND BEYOND THE
 INTERIOR FACE OF THE WINDOW OR DOOR FRAME SUCH THAT
 FULL SUPPORT OF THE FRAME IS PROVIDED. SHIMS SHALL BE
 MADE FROM MATERIALS CAPABLE OF SUSTAINING APPLICABLE
 LOADS, LOCATED AND APPLIED IN A THICKNESS CAPABLE OF
 SUSTAINING APPLICABLE LOADS. ANCHORS SHALL BE PROVIDED
 TO TRANSFER LOAD FROM THE WINDOW OR DOOR FRAME TO THE
 ROUGH OPENING SUBSTRATE.
 WHERE THE WOOD BUCK THICKNESS IS 1-1/2 INCHES (38 MM)
 OR GREATER, THE BUCK SHALL BE SECURELY FASTENED TO
 TRANSFER LOAD TO THE MASONRY, CONCRETE OR OTHER
 STRUCTURAL SUBSTRATE AND THE BUCK SHALL EXTEND BEYOND
 THE INTERIOR FACE OF THE WINDOW OR DOOR FRAME. WINDOW
 AND DOOR ASSEMBLIES SHALL BE ANCHORED THROUGH THE MAIN
 FRAME OR BY JAMB CLIP OR SUBFRAME SYSTEM OR THROUGH THE
 FLANGE TO THE SECURED WOOD BUCK IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
 MANUFACTURERS PUBLISHED INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS.
 UNLESS OTHERWISE TESTED, BUCKS SHALL EXTEND BEYOND THE
 INTERIOR FACE OF THE WINDOW OR DOOR FRAME SUCH THAT
 FULL SUPPORT OF THE FRAME IS PROVIDED. SHIMS SHALL BE
 MADE FROM MATERIALS CAPABLE OF SUSTAINING APPLICABLE

 PROVIDE BUCK DETAILS FOR THE EXTERIOR OUTSWING DOOR AND
 THE SLIDING GLASS DOORS. THE DOOR HEAD JAMB 1X BUCK
 DETAIL ON 6.1 DOES NOT COMPLY WITH R613.6.2. PLEASE
 CLARIFY THE WINDOW BUCK DETAILS ON 5.1 TO INDICATE THAT
 THE WINDOW FRAME IS TO FASTENED THROUGH THE 1X BUCK
 INTO THE CONCRETE SUBSTRATE.
  
 3) DETAIL 3/6.1 SPECIFIES A CONCRETE OR MASONRY
 SUBSTRATE, HOWEVER, DRYWALL BOARD IS ALSO LISTED AS THE
 SUBSTRATE. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 4)PERMITS APPLICATIONS SUBMITTED ON OR AFTER DECEMBER
 8, 2006 ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING. ROOF
 SHEATHING IS REQUIRED TO BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION
 R803.2.3.1 OF 2006 REVISIONS TO 2004 FBC RESIDENTIAL
 CODE. WOOD STRUCTURAL PANEL SHEATHING SHALL BE FASTENED
 TO ROOF FRAMING WITH 8D RING-SHANK NAILS AT 6 INCHES ON
 CENTER AT EDGES AND 6 INCHES ON CENTER AT INTERMEDIATE
 FRAMING. SPACING OF RING-SHANK FASTENERS SHALL BE 4
 INCHES ON CENTER IN NAILING ZONE 3 FOR 130 MPH OR
 GREATER DESIGN WIND SPEEDS IN ACCORDANCE WITH FIGURE
 R803.2.3.1. PLEASE REVISE THE SCHEDULE ON 4.1 AND THE
 WALL SECTION NOTE ON 6.1 .
  
 5) THE TRUSS DRAWINGS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE THE ORIGINAL
 SIGNATURE OF THE TRUSS ENGINEER. THE ONES SUBMITTED ARE
 COPIED SIGNATURES. SEE FS 471.025.
  
 6) THE PRODUCT APPROVAL NOA FOR THE IMPACTED RATED
 SLIDING GLASS DOOR IS EXPIRED. SUBMIT A CURRENT NOA.
