 THE FOLLOWING CORRECTIONS ARE REQUIRED FOR GAS PLAN
 REVIEW TO MEET CODE COMPLIANCE:
  
 1. SUBMITTED SHEETS A0, A3, AND A4 ARE UNACCEPTABLE DUE
 TO THE FACT SHEETS ARE NOT SIGNED AND SEALED.
 FAC-CODE-61G1-16001 ARCHITECT'S AND
 INTERIOR DESIGNER'S SEAL:
 EACH ARCHITECT AND INTERIOR DESIGNER
 SHALL ACQUIRE A SEAL WITH WHICH HE OR
 SHE SHALL IDENTIFY ALL PLANS,
 SPECIFICATIONS OR REPORTS PREPARED OR
 ISSUED BY HIM OR HER AND FILED FOR
 PUBLIC RECORD. THE SEAL SHALL BE OF A
 TYPE WHICH WILL MAKE AN IMPRESSION ON
 THE SURFACE OF PRINTS OR OTHER
 DUPLICATIONS OF DRAWINGS, AND AS
 APPROPRIATE, UPON SPECIFICATION PAGES,
 AND OTHER ARTICLES OF SERVICE.
 NOTE:ON THE RESUBMITTAL JUST REFERENCE THE MASTER
 PERMIT #05100303 AND DELETE RESUBMITTING SHEETS A0, A3,
 AND A4.
  
 2. THE SUBMITTED GAS RISER DIAGRAM DOES NOT RELECT THE
 APPROVED SIGED AND SEALED PRINTS OF MASTER PERMIT
 #05100303. THE 2ND FLOOR TANKLESS WATER HEATER IN THE
 LAUNDRY ROOM IS MISSING FROM THE GAS RISER DIAGRAM. DUE
 TO THE INCREASE BTU LOAD GAS PIPING TO THAT AREA NEEDS
 TO BE INCEASED TO 1" ON THE RESUBMITTAL. ON YOUR
 SUBMITTED ARCH. DRAWINGS THERE IS A HAND WRITTEN CHANGE
 IN THE GENERATOR LOCATION THAT IS DIFFERENT THAN THE
 SIGNED AND SEALED MASTER PERMIT #05100303. IF IT IS THE
 INTENT TO CHANGE THE LOCATION OF THE GENERATOR THE
 ARCHITECT OF RECORD NEEDS TO MAKE SAID CHANGES WITH A
 REVISION.
  
 3. ON THE RESUBMITTAL PLEASE INDICATE ALL PIPING
 MATERIALS.
  
 4. PLEASE SUBMIT MANUFACTURER CUT SHEETS OF THE MP
 REGULATORS (2PSI TO 0.5PSI REG.)
  
 5. THE VALUE OF THIS JOB SEEMS LOW PLEASE PROVIDE COPY
 OF SIGNED CONTRACT WITH VALUE ATTACHED INCLUDING MP
 REGULATORS.
 PER FBC-2004, CHAPTER 1, SECTION
 108.3, BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION: IF IN
 THE OPINION OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL,
 THE CLAIMED VALUATION OF THE BUILDING,
 ALTERATION, STRUCTURE, ELECTRICAL, GAS
 MECHANICAL OR PLUMBING SYSTEMS APPEARS
 TO BE UNDERESTIMATED ON THE APPLICATION,
 THE PERMIT SHALL BE DENIED. FOR
 PERMITTING PURPOSES, VALUATION OF
 BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL
 REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL,
 ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR
 FINISH, NORMAL SITE WORK (EXCAVATION AND
 BACKFILL FOR BUILDINGS), ARCHITECTURAL
 AND DESIGN FEES, MARKETING COSTS,
 OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY LAND
 VALUE. VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE
 THE LATEST PUBLISHED DATA OF NATIONAL
 CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT,
 MEANS ECT.) WITH
 REGIONAL ADJUSTMENTS FOR LOCATION AS
 PUBLISHED BY INTERNATIONAL CODE
 CONGRESS.
