 1) WHEN PARKING IS PROVIDED OFF OF AN ALLEY, AT LEAST
 24 FEET OF BACK-OUT SPACE SHALL BE PROVIDED.AS THE
 ALLEY IS ONLY 10 FEET IN WIDTH, AN ADDITIONAL 14 FEET
 SHALL BE PROVIDED ON PRIVATE PROPERTY.THIS SPACE IS
 IN ADDITION TO, AND BEHIND, THE PARKING SPACES.
  
 2) THE SITE PLAN SHOWS THE SIDEWALK LOCATED ON PRIVATE
 PROPERTY, WHILE THE SURVEY INDICATES IT IS WITHIN THE
 RIGHT-OF-WAY.PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL PLANS ARE
 CONSISTENT AND PLEASE IDENTIFY THE PROPERTY LINE MORE
 CLEARLY ON THE SITE PLAN.
  
 3) THE SURVEY SHALL BE UPDATED TO SHOW THE
 NEWLY-PROPOSED SITE PLAN.
  
 4) PLEASE PROVIDE DIMENSION OF THE SIDE SETBACK.
  
 5) PLEASE PROVIDE THE DIMENSION FROM THE PROPERTY LINE
 TO THE A/C UNITS.MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT IS ONLY
 PERMITTED TO EXTEND 4 FEET IN A REQUIRED SETBACK.
  
 6) THE PROJECT INFO TABLE SHOWS 2 PARKING SPACES AT 14
 FEET X 18 FEET.....HOWEVER, THESE ARE NOWHERE ON THE
 SITE PLAN.ADJUST TABLE ACCORDINGLY.
  
 7) SIGNED/SEALED LANDSCAPE PLANS, BY A LICENSED
 LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT, SHALL BE PROVIDED.LANDSCAPE
 PLANS SHALL INCLUDE A DATA TABLE, PLANT LIST, ETC.
 VERIFYING COMPLIANCE WITH ARTICLE XIV OF THE CITY'S
 ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS. (I.E. 1 SHADE
 TREE PER 1600 SQ. FT. OF OPEN SPACE, 1 FLOWERING TREE
 PER 6400 SQ. FT., 1 SHRUB PER 500 SQ. FT., XERISCAPE
 TABLE, ETC.)
  
 8) VEHICULAR USE AREAS (I.E. PARKING LOTS) SHALL BE
 SCREENED FROM ADJACENT RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT BY A
 WALL OF AT LEAST 36 INCHES IN HEIGHT.
  
 9) A 5 FOOT LANDSCAPE BUFFER SHALL BE PROVIDED BETWEEN
 VEHICULAR USE AREAS AND THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY.
 HEDGES AND AT LEAST 1 SHADE TREE SHALL BE PLANTED
 WITHIN THIS BUFFER.
  
 10) AT LEAST 1 SHADE OF FLOWERING TREE SHALL BE PLANTED
 FOR EVERY 30 LINEAR FEET ON THE PERIMETER OF THE
 PROPERTY.
  
 11) THE LANDSCAPE PLAN SHALL MATCH THE SITE PLAN.
  
 12) A STRIPING DETAIL, IN CONFORMANCE WITH THE CITY'S
 ZLDRS, SHALL BE PROVIDED ON THE PLANS.
