 SAME LOCATION OF THE DEMOLISHED BUILDING (USED TO BE
 601 14TH ST) A NEW SITE ADDRESS IS REQUIRED FOR THE NEW
 STRUCTURE.
 THE PREVIOUS SITE ADDRESS USED FOR THE DEMOLISHED
 BUILDING CAN NOT BE USED FOR THE NEW STRUCTURE SINCE
 THE MAIN ENTRANCE WAS DESIGNED ON HENRIETTA AVE . THIS
 STRUCTURE WILL RECEIVE TWO SITE ADDRESSES ,ONE FOR EACH
 UNIT ,SINCE THIS IS A DUPLEX.
 THE REVISED SITE PLANS MUST REFLECT THE NEW SITE
 ADDRESSES.THE NEW SITE ADDRESSES ISSUED ARE: 1503
 HENRIETTA AVE AND 1507 HENRIETTA AVE, WEST PALM BEACH ,
 FL 33401
 THE CITY WILL SEND AN OFFICIAL NOTIFICATON LETTER WITH
 THE NEW SITE ADDRESSES ISSUED ,TO THE PROPERTY OWNER.
