 1) THE PLANS WILL BE REQUIRED TO CONFORM TO THE CITY
 COMMISSION?S STREET CLOSURE RELOCATION PLAN.THE
 STREET CLOSURES AT 28TH AND 29TH STREET SHALL BE
 RELOCATED TO THE MID-BLOCK LOCATION (EAST OF THE
 PROJECT ENTRANCE).RELOCATED STREET CLOSURE LOCATIONS
 SHALL BE SHOWN ON THE PLANS.NOTE THAT PLANS FOR THE
 RELOCATED STREET CLOSURE DESIGN WILL NEED TO BE
 APPROVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION (JULY 16) AND
 CONSTRUCTED BY THE DEVELOPER.PLEASE SUBMIT THE CITY
 RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE
 RELOCATED STREET CLOSURES. (PARTIAL REPEAT)
  
 2) PROVIDE THE RECORDED PUBLIC ACCESS EASEMENT FOR THAT
 PORTION OF THE SIDEWALK LOCATED ON THE SITE ALONG
 BROADWAY AVENUE AND FOR THE SIDEWALK ALONG THE ALLEY.
 THE EASEMENT LANGUAGE SHALL BE APPROVED BY THE OFFICE
 OF THE CITY ATTORNEY PRIOR TO RECORDATION. (REPEAT)
  
 3) PROVIDE THE RECORDED PERPETUAL MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
 FOR THE REBUILT, PAVERED ALLEY.THE MAINTENANCE
 AGREEMENT LANGUAGE SHALL BE APPROVED BY THE OFFICE OF
 THE CITY ATTORNEY PRIOR TO RECORDATION. (REPEAT)
  
 4) BMUD REQUIRES THAT SIDEWALKS ALONG BROADWAY BE A
 MINIMUM OF 8 FEET IN CLEAR WIDTH.THE SITE PLAN
 (SIGNED AND SEALED 6/26/07) AND THE CIVIL PLANS
 (REVISION 6/25/07, SIGNED AND SEALED 6/27/07) APPROVED
 WITH THE FOUNDATION PERMIT SHOW THIS STANDARD BEING
 MET, BUT THE PLANS SUBMITTED WITH THIS PERMIT DO NOT
 ADDRESS THE COMMENT.
  
 5) AN APPROVED FDOT ACCESS CONNECTION PERMIT TO MOVE
 THE 29TH STREET CLOSURE IS REQUIRED. (REPEAT)
  
 6) THE APPROVED ELEVATIONS DESIGNATE THIS AS A
 MEDITERRANEAN STYLE BUILDING WITH A BARREL TILE ROOF.
 SOME PAGES/DETAILS HAVE BEEN CORRECTED (EX. SHEET
 A7.1), BUT THERE ARE STILL REFERENCES TO ASPHALT
 SHINGLES (SHEETS A5.1 AND A5.2) AND THE ENTRY OVERHANG
 DETAILS (SHEET A5.3) SHOW SHINGLES NOT TILE.(PARTIAL
 REPEAT)
  
 7) BONDS WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ALL IMPROVEMENTS IN THE
 RIGHTS-OF-WAY. (REPEAT)
  
 8) THE CONSTRUCTION STAGING PLAN APPEARS WELL THOUGHT
 OUT.PLEASE PROVIDE DETAILS OF THE TEMPORARY BARRIERS.
 THESE SHALL NOT ALLOW ANY TRAFFIC TO FLOW THROUGH TO
 THE NEIGHBORHOOD WHILE THE NEW CLOSURES ARE BEING
 RECONSTRUCTED.ADDITIONALLY, PLEASE SUBMIT FOR
 REQUIRED PERMITS TO PREPARE THE CONSTRUCTION STAGING
 AREAS.
  
 9) PLEASE NOTE THAT THE LANDSCAPE REQUIRED IN THE
 STREET CLOSURES IS TO BE SABAL PALMS PER THE COMMISSION
 APPROVED STREET CLOSURE PLAN.
  
 10) PLEASE REVISE SHEETS LP-1 AND LP-2 TO INCORPORATE
 THE REDLINE NOTES MADE BY ALAN BARATTA, LANDSCAPE
 PLANNER (561) 822-1462, ON ONE OF THE PERMIT SUBMITTAL
