 1) THE PLANS WILL BE REQUIRED TO CONFORM TO THE CITY
 COMMISSION?S STREET CLOSURE RELOCATION PLAN.
 COMPACTORS W/ENCLOSURES ARE TO BE LOCATED ON THE SOUTH
 SIDE OF THE BUILDING.THE STREET CLOSURES AT 28TH AND
 29TH STREET SHALL BE RELOCATED TO THE MID-BLOCK
 LOCATION (EAST OF THE PROJECT ENTRANCE).RELOCATED
 STREET CLOSURE LOCATIONS SHALL BE SHOWN ON THE PLANS.
 NOTE THAT PLANS FOR THE RELOCATED STREET CLOSURE DESIGN
 WILL NEED TO BE APPROVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION AND
 CONSTRUCTED BY THE DEVELOPER.
  
 2) SUPPLY A RECORDED UNITY OF TITLE FOR THE ENTIRE SITE
 TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING DEPARTMENT.
  
 3) PROVIDE THE RECORDED PUBLIC ACCESS EASEMENT FOR THAT
 PORTION OF THE SIDEWALK LOCATED ON THE SITE ALONG
 BROADWAY AVENUE AND FOR THE SIDEWALK ALONG THE ALLEY.
 THE EASEMENT LANGUAGE SHALL BE APPROVED BY THE OFFICE
 OF THE CITY ATTORNEY PRIOR TO RECORDATION.
  
 4) PROVIDE THE RECORDED PERPETUAL MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
 FOR THE REBUILT, PAVERED ALLEY.THE MAINTENANCE
 AGREEMENT LANGUAGE SHALL BE APPROVED BY THE OFFICE OF
 THE CITY ATTORNEY PRIOR TO RECORDATION.
  
 5) PROVIDE PROOF THAT THE PROVISION OF ORDINANCE NOS.
 3994-06 AND 3995-06 REQUIRING NORTHWOOD SG, LLC, OR ANY
 SUCCESSOR DEVELOPER OF THE TOWNHOUSE PROJECTS, TO POST
 A BOND TO THE CITY IN THE AMOUNT DETERMINED BY THE
 DIRECTOR OF ENGINEERING SERVICES TO COVER THE COSTS
 ASSOCIATED WITH THE INSTALLATION OF ALL REQUIRED STREET
 SIGNS, TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNS AND ROAD STRIPING HAS BEEN
 MET.
  
 6) PROVIDE THE PLANS SHOWING HOW THE UTILITY LINES IN
 THE ALLEY WILL BE BURIED UNDERGROUND, TO INCLUDE THE
 LOCATION OF THE REMAINING ABOVE GROUND UTILITY POLES.
  
 7) THE ALLEY NAME IS ?OLD NORTHWOOD LANE.?
  
 8) BMUD REQUIRES THAT SIDEWALKS ALONG BROADWAY BE A
 MINIMUM OF 8 FEET IN CLEAR WIDTH.PROVIDE A DETAIL OF
 THE F-CURB ALONG BROADWAY AVENUE FOR VERIFICATION OF
 THE DIMENSIONS SHOWN ON THE SIMONS AND WHITE CIVIL
 PLANS.PLEASE NOTE THAT THE GUTTER MAY NOT BE COUNTED
 AS PART OF THE SIDEWALK WIDTH.
  
 9) AN APPROVED FDOT ACCESS CONNECTION PERMIT TO MOVE
 THE 29TH STREET CLOSURE IS REQUIRED.
  
 10) PROVIDE THE COMPACTOR ENCLOSURE TRANSITION AT
 SIDEWALK AND STREET LEVEL.THE COMPACTOR IS TO BE AT
 STREET LEVEL.THE ADJACENT SIDEWALK WILL NEED TO BE
 SHOWN SLOPING DOWN TO THE RECESS ADJACENT TO THE
 COMPACTOR ENCLOSURE OPENING.
  
 11) THE APPROVED ELEVATIONS DESIGNATE THIS AS A
 MEDITERRANEAN STYLE BUILDING WITH A BARREL TILE ROOF.
 THE SUBMITTED SOFFIT DETAIL (SHEET A7.1) AS WELL AS
 OTHER DETAILS SHOW A SHINGLE ROOF.THE ROOF IS TO BE
 BARREL TILE IN KEEPING WITH THE ELEVATIONS AND
 RENDERINGS SHOWN IN THE COUNTLESS NEIGHBORHOOD MEETINGS
 AND BEFORE THE CITY COMMISSION.
  
 12) BONDS WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ALL IMPROVEMENTS IN THE
 RIGHTS-OF-WAY.
  
 13) A CONSTRUCTION STAGING PLAN IS REQUIRED.THE PLAN
 SHALL INCLUDE HOW THE CONSTRUCTION TRAFFIC WILL BE KEPT
 OUT OF THE OLD NORTHWOOD NEIGHBORHOOD, WHERE WORKER
 PARKING WILL TAKE PLACE, AND THE CONSTRUCTION PHASING,
 ESPECIALLY HOW THE STREET CLOSURES WILL BE RELOCATED IN
 RELATIONSHIP TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE BUILDING.
  
 14) THE PLANS SHALL SHOW THE SIDEWALK ADJACENT TO THE
 ALLEY CONTINUING TO 28TH AND 29TH STREETS CROSSINGS.
