 1. ALL ARCHITECTURAL SHEETS. THE FIRM LICENSE NUMBER,
 (CERTIFICATE OF AUTHORIZATION), IS REQUIRED IN THE
 TITLE BLOCK OF EACH SHEET. FAC 61G1-16.004(2) & FS
 481.219, 481.2055.
  
 2. SHT A3.4 SUBMIT CALCULATIONS FOR PRIMARY AND
 SECONDARY ROOF DRAINS. SHOW THE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF EACH
 AREA AS WELL AS 1/2 AREA OF ALL VERTICAL WALLS
 INCLUDING PARAPETS. ALSO INDICATE ANY AREA OF A ROOF
 THAT DRAINS FROM ABOVE IF APPLICABLE. SECTIONS 1106 &
 1107 WITH ALL SUBSECTIONS.
  
 3. SHT A3.4 DETAIL 4, SECONDARY DRAINS SHALL BE A
 MINIMUM 2" HIGHER THAN THE MAIN DRAIN. AS SHOWN THEY
 ARE ONLY ABOUT 3/4" ABOVE THE MAIN DRAINS. THIS IS
 REQUIRED SO THAT THE SECONDARY DRAINS WILL NOT DRAIN
 STORM WATER UNLESS THERE IS A BLOCKAGE IN THE PRIMARY
 DRAINS.--SUBMIT A DETAIL SHOWING THE ELEVATION AT
 THE FLOOR AT THE PATIO DOOR, AND INDICATE THE ELEVATION
 OF THE PRIMARY DRAIN AND THE SECONDARY DRAIN. SECTION
 106.1.1.
  
 4. SHT A3.5 SHOWS 6" OVERFLOW DRAINS CONNECTING TO
 MANHOLES. SECTION 1107.2 REQUIRES THE DISCHARGE TO BE
 ABOVE GRADE IN AN OBSERVABLE LOCATION. PLEASE CHANGE
 TERMINATION POINT FOR THE OVERFLOW DRAINS.--ONE 7"
 DOWNSPOUT DOES NOT SHOW THE PIPING TO THE MANHOLE.
 PLEASE SHOW ALL PIPING. SECTION 106.1.1.
  
 5. SHTS A4.1 & A5.1. SHT A4.1 SHOWS THE GUTTER TO BE
 CONTINUOUS AROUND THE INSIDE OF THE BLDG ROOF EXCEPT AT
 THE CHIMNEYS. SHT A5.1 ONLY SHOWS THE GUTTER AT THE
 MAIN ROOF SECTIONS, AND NO GUTTER AT THE HIP ROOF
 SECTIONS. ALSO NO DOWNSPOUTS ARE INDICATED AT THE HIP
 ROOF SECTIONS. PLEASE CLARIFY. SECTION 106.1.1.
  
 6. ALL PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL & SL SHEETS.
 THE ENGINEERS SEAL SHALL IMPRESS THE REQUIRED
 INFORMATION ON EACH SHEET. MANY SHEETS ONLY SHOW A
 PORTION OF REQUIRED INFORMATION. PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL
 INFORMATION REQUIRED BY FAC 61G15-23.001(1)(2),
 61G15-23.002(1)(2) AND FS 471.025 IS IMPRESSED ON EACH
 SHEET WHEN SEALING THE PLANS.

 REFLECT THE FLOOR PLAN IN MANY INSTANCES. ALL OFFSETS
 SHALL BE SHOWN ON THE RISER DIAGRAM, SOME EXTRA PIPING
 IS SHOWN, SOME FIXTURE BRANCH LINES ARE NOT SHOWN.--
 THE AUTOMATIC CLOTHES WASHER FIXTURE DRAIN SHALL
 CONNECT TO A BRANCH DRAIN OR A DRAINAGE STACK A MINIMUM

 SHOW ALL PIPE SIZES, VALVES AND WATER HAMMER ARRESTORS
 REQUIRED BY SECTION 604.9. (ICE MAKERS, DISHWASHERS, &
 WASH MACHINES). SECTION 106.3.5.1.3(3)(13).
  
 12. SUBMIT A STORM RISER DIAGRAM FOR THE PRIMARY
 DRAINAGE AND SECONDARY DRAINAGE SYSTEMS. SHOW ALL PIPE
 SIZES, OFFSETS, AND INDICATE SQUARE FOOTAGE BEING
 DRAINED.SECTION 106.3.5.1.3(7)(13).
  
 13. SHT P-5CONDENSATE RISER DIAGRAM. THE CONDENSATE
 SHALL HAVE A RELIEF VENT, (RETURN BEND), INSTALLED AS
 THE CONDENSATE EXITS THE BUILDING.
  
 14. SHT P-5 WATER HEATER DETAIL. PLEASE INDICATE THE
 TERMINATION POINT FOR THE EMERGNECY PAN DRAIN AND THE
 T/P RELIEF DISCHARGE LINE. SECTIONS 504.6.1 & 504.7.2.
  
 15. SHT IR-1 THE CONTROLLER AND THE RAIN SENSOR LOCTION
 ARE REQUIRED ON THE PLAN. SECTION 106.1.1.--THE
 BACKFLOW PREVENTOR SHALL BE INSTALLED BYA LICENCED
 PLUMBING CONTRACTOR.--A SEPARATE IRRIGATION PERMIT
 IS REQUIRED. SECTION 105.1.
  
 16. SHTS IR-1, LP-1 & LP-2 LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT LICENSE
 IS NULL & VOID PER DBPR WESITE. (SEE ATTACHED SHEET).
 ONE SET OF SHEETS SHALL BE RETAINED FOR POSSIBLE REVIEW
 BY THE STATE LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURAL BOARD AS THIS SEAL
 HAS BEEN NULL & VOID SINCE 11/30/95.
  
 17. SHTS IR-1, LP-1 & LP-2THE LANDSCAPE FIRM LICENSE
 NUMBER AS WELL AS THE PRINTED NAME OF THE PERSON
 SEALING THE DOCUMENT SHALL BE IN THE TITLE BLOCK OF
 EACH SHEET. FAC 61G1-16.004(2)(6) & FS 481.2055.
  
 18. THE MANHOLES, TRENCH DRAINS, STORM DRAINS AND
 RELATED PIPING SHALL BE DESIGNED BY THE BUILDING
 ENGINEER, AND INSTALLED BY THE PLUMBING CONTRACTOR AS
 THIS IS WITHIN THE FOOTPRINT OF THE BUILDING. THE CIVIL
 ENGINEER, AND THE SITE CONTRACTOR CAN ONLY DESIGN AND
 INSTALL UP TO FIVE FEET OF THE BUILDING STRUCTURE. FS
