 REVISION TO STRUCTURE AT FACADE IS DENIED BY BUILDING.
  
 1) PLEASE CORRECT THE BUILDING DATA SPECIFIED ON SHEET
 A-1.1. FBC TABLE 503 SPECIFIES A MAXIMUM HEIGHT OF 40
 FEET, ONE STORY AND 6,000 SQUARE FEET PER FLOOR FOR
 GROUP A-2 OCCUPANCIES WITH TYPE V-B CONSTRUCTION. FBC
 SECTION 504.2 ALLOWS AN AUTOMATIC SPRINKLER INCREASE
 FOR SPRINKLER SYSTEMS COMPLYING WITH FBC 903.3.1.1 OF
 20 FEET IN HEIGHT AND ONE ADDITIONAL STORY. FBC 506.3
 ALLOWS A 200% AREA INCREASE FOR MULTISTORY BUILDINGS
 (6000 X 2 = 12,000 + 6000 = 18,000 SQFT PER FLOOR).
  
 2) DETAIL 7 ON SHEET A-1.2 IS SHOWN IN THE WRONG
 ORIENTATION BASED ON THE INDICATED LOCATION OF THE
 PROPERTY LINE. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 3) THE WALL SECTION AND FOOTING DETAILS ON A-1.2
 INDICATE THAT THE NEW FOOTINGS WILL EXTEND PAST THE
 PROPERTY LINES. THIS IS NOT ALLOWED BY FBC 3202.1.1.
 PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 4) THE ECCENTRIC LOADING OF THE NEW BEAM AND COLUMNS
 HAS NOT BEEN ADEQUATELY ADDRESSED. SHOW HOW THE NEW
 BEAM AND COLUMN ASSEMBLY WILL BE ANCHORED TO THE
 EXISTING FLOOR SYSTEM IN ORDER TO RESIST BENDING. FBC
 CHAPTER 16.
  
 5) SHEET 13 OF THE ENGINEERED DRAWINGS SHOWS THE
 BRACING OF THE NEW WALL TO THE EXISTING WALL. INDICATE
 THIS ON THE ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS. FBC 106.1.1* CITY
 AMENDMENTS.
