 BEACH COUNTY, PLANS STAMPED BY THEM AND
 COPY OF RECEIPT SUBMITTED TO CITY OF
 WEST PALM BEACH BUILDING DEPARTMENT,

 3)SHEETS A5.1 AND A5.2 SPECIFY A MINIMUM SOIL BEARING
 CAPACITY OF 2500 PSF. THE SOIL REPORT AND STRUCTURAL
 PLANS SPECIFY THE MINIMUM SOIL BEARING CAPACITY AS 1500
 PSF. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 4) SUBMIT A DRAINAGE PLAN FOR THE LOT SHOWING
 COMPLIANCE WITH R401.3.
 SURFACE DRAINAGE SHALL BE DIVERTED TO A STORM SEWER
 CONVEYANCE OR OTHER APPROVED POINT OF COLLECTION SO AS
 TO NOT CREATE A HAZARD. LOTS SHALL BE GRADED SO AS TO
 DRAIN SURFACE WATER AWAY FROM FOUNDATION WALLS. THE
 GRADE AWAY FROM FOUNDATION WALLS SHALL FALL A MINIMUM
 OF 6 INCHES (152 MM) WITHIN THE FIRST 10 FEET (3048
 MM).
 EXCEPTION: WHERE LOT LINES, WALLS, SLOPES OR OTHER
 PHYSICAL BARRIERS PROHIBIT 6 INCHES (152 MM) OF FALL
 WITHIN 10 FEET (3048 MM), DRAINS OR SWALES SHALL BE
 PROVIDED TO ENSURE DRAINAGE AWAY FROM THE STRUCTURE.
  
 5)ON SHEET A1.1 UNDER DESIGN CRITERIA SPECIFY THE
 2004 FBC. THE EXPOSURE CATEGORY OF B IS INCORRECTLY
 SPECIFIED AS WIND CLASSIFICATION. PLEASE CORRECT. UNDER
 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS, THE SOIL BEARING CAPACITY IS
 SPECIFIED AS 2500 PSF. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 6)SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH R320.7 PROTECTION AGAINST
 TERMITES AND DECAY. CONDENSATE LINES AND ROOF
 DOWNSPOUTS SHALL DISCHARGE AT LEAST 1 FOOT AWAY FROM
 THE STRUCTURE SIDEWALL, WHETHER BY UNDERGROUND PIPING,
 TAIL EXTENSIONS OR SPLASH BLOCKS. GUTTERS WITH DOWN
 SPOUTS ARE REQUIRED ON ALL BUILDINGS WITH EAVES OF LESS
 THAN 6 INCHES HORIZONTAL PROJECTION EXCEPT FOR GABLE

 DRAINS SHALL BE INSTALLED AT EACH LOW POINT OF THE
 ROOF. WHERE REQUIRED FOR ROOF DRAINAGE, SCUPPERS SHALL
 BE PLACED LEVEL WITH THE ROOF SURFACE IN A WALL OR

 ACCORDANCE WITH THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, PLUMBING .
  
 8)THE EAST ELEVATION ON A3.2INDICATES GARAGE AT THE
 PORTE-COCHERE. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 9)THE 7.6" DIMENSION ON STAIR SECTION 4/A5 IS THE

 STRUCTURAL SHEETS. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 13) SECTION 5/S5 SHOWS ONE 2 XLEDGER FOR L3 AND THE
 SCHEDULE ON S10 SPECIFIES TWO 2 X 12. PLEASE CLARIFY.
  
 14) INDICATE HOW THE RAIN WATER WILL BE DRAINED FROM
 THE SECOND FLOOR TERRACES WHICH APPEAR TO HAVE WALLS ON
 THEIR PERIMETERS.
  
 15) ON SECTION 4/S4 FIREBLOCKING IS REQUIRED BETWEEN
 THE FLOOR AND WALL CONCEALED SPACES. SEE R602.8.

 REQUIRED FOR THE PERIMETER AND CORNER AREAS,SUBMIT
 RAS 117 CALCULATIONS AS REQUIRED BY LIMITATION NUMBER

 INSTALL THE CLAY ROOF TILES. CIRCLE THE APPROPRIATE
 ITEM ON THE NOA.
  
 25) SUBMIT A KEY PLAN AND INSTALLATION SCHEDULE FOR THE
 STORM PANELS. INDICATE THE OPENINGS ON WHICH THEY WILL
 BE INSTALLED. SPECIFY THE FASTENER TYPE AND SPACING,
 THE CONNECTION TYPE,THE SPANS, THE PRESSURES, ETC.

 APPROVALS. THOSE PRODUCT WHICH ARE

 REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL
 FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.

 INSERT THE NEW ONES. SUBMIT ONE SET OF THE OLD PLANS
