 OBSCURED BY THE CONSTRUCTION, PLACEMENT, OR
 MAINTENANCE
 OF A STRUCTURE WALL, SIGN, FENCE, BERM PLANT MATERIAL,
 SHRUBS, OR ANY SIMILAR ITEM BETWEEN 18 INCHES OR EIGHT
 POINT
 WHERE PROPERTY LINES MEET AT THE CORNER, THEN 20FT
 ALONG THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE 20FT FROM THE POINT OF
 BEGINING, AND
 THENCE TO THE POINT OF BEGINING.IN THE EVENT THE
 CORNER OF AN INTERSECTION IS ROUNDED, THE MEASUREMENT
 SHALL BEGIN AT
