 1. PROVIDE RESPONSES TO COMMENTS IN WRITING.
  
 2. THE BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION UNDER ?PROJECT
 DETAIL? DESCRIBES EXTERIOR MODIFICATIONS INCLUDING THE
 NEW WINDOWS. THEREFORE, THE WINDOWS SHALL BE INCLUDED
 ON THIS BUILDING PERMIT AND NOT ON A SEPARATE PERMIT.
  
 3. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-210 (D)(8)LANDSCAPE
 REGULATIONS: ALL PROPERTIES SHALL BE BROUGHT INTO
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE LANDSCAPE REGULATIONS PROVIDED IN
 THIS CHAPTER AT SUCH TIME THAT A BUILDING PERMIT IS
 ISSUED FOR WORK VALUED AT
 $5,000.00 OR MORE. THE PLANNING DIRECTOR
 SHALL HAVE AUTHORITY TO GRANT A ONE-TIME, THREE-MONTH
 EXTENSION. PROVIDE LANDSCAPE PLAN THAT COMPLIES
 ACCORDINGLY.
  
 4. PROVIDE A SIGNED AND SEALED SURVEY THAT IS NOT MORE
 THAN A YEAR OLD.
  
 5. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-213 (D) (5)STOREFRONTS
 ARE REQUIRED ON THE FRONTAGE LINES AND SHALL BE
 DIRECTLY ACCESSIBLE FROM SIDEWALKS. EACH STOREFRONT
 MUST HAVE CLEAR GLAZED AREAS, EQUAL TO A MINIMUM OF 70
 PERCENT OF ITS FACADE, BETWEEN
 TWO AND EIGHT FEET FROM THE GROUND.
 PROVIDE DIMENSIONS OF WINDOWS WHICH COMPLY WITH THE
 MINIMUM GLAZING REQUIREMENT OF 70%
