 1. DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE AND LOCATION APPROVED BY THE
 CITY'S ENGINEERING SERVICES DEPARTMENT WAS LOCATED
 WITHIN THE EXISTING LANDSCAPE BUFFER.HOWEVER, THE NEW
 DUMPSTER LOCATION IS LOCATED WITHIN THE DRIVE AISLE AND
 NOT ON A CONCRETE/PAVED AREA ABUTTING THE LANDSCAPE
 BUFFER.
 A. PER SECTION 94-485(J) OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, TWO-WAY DIRECTION MOVEMENT
 REQUIRES A MINIMUM OF 24 FEET WIDE DRIVE AISLES.THE
 PROPOSED DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE LOCATION WILL REDUCE THE
 DRIVE AISLE TO AN APPROXIMATE 14 FOOT WIDTH.
  
 2. PLEASE PROVIDE A COPY OF AN APPROVED PLAN BY THE
 ENGINEERING SERVICES DEPARTMENT OF THE NEW PROPOSED
 LOCATION.
  
 3. PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE NEW DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE
 LOCATION WILL BE IN THE DRIVE AISLE, THE INGRESS/EGRESS
 POINT AT THE NORTH END OF THE PROPERTY WILL HAVE TO BE
 DESIGNATED AS AN 'EXIT ONLY' OR 'ENTRY ONLY' POINT.
  
 4. PROVIDE SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM PROPERTY LINE TO
 DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE.
  
 5. THE TREE STUMP AT THE SOUTH END OF THE LANDSCAPE
 BUFFER SHALL BE REMOVED AND REPLACED BY A TREE PRIOR TO
 ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT APPLICATION.
